Children between the ages of 6 & 16 are able to use the swimming pool at restricted times and must always be accompanied by an adult. The restricted times are 10:00 - 12 noon & 14:00 - 16:45.
Spa use is included on your arrival day for guests enjoying a bed and breakfast, or dinner bed and breakfast package. Spa use is not included at any time when booking a room only rate
Please note, guests who book the dinner, bed & breakfast rate category will enjoy a GBP 49 food allowance per person from our menu in the Hotel Restaurant.

On check-in booking .com description clearly states complementary use of spa , when the breakfast was paid at Checkin enquired about spa and was informed as the room was booked room only it would cost £70 for the spa

Lovely hotel and spa, both spotless. Very welcoming staff, polite and friendly. Room was spacious and comfortable and good value for the money. Lovely little welcome for our wedding anniversary too. Highly recommended
