Proximity to King's Cross, friendly staff , clean room
Na
Great location for onward train travel
Tired facilities and steep stairs to get to room
Vlakbij allerlei voorzieningen
De bouwwerkzaamheden aan de overkant. Was fijn geweest als het hotel dit gemeld had van te voren
Good location
Noisy as on busy street
The best possible location.
Awful pillow. Poor lighting. Terrible view from window.
It did the job of needing a 1 night stay in london to get an early Eurostar. Private Bathroom facilities were new or new-ish and found it very usual (in a good way) that the bathroom facilities were basically in what would have been storage rooms. Good use of space.
Bed was clean and I was provided a towel, which I generally forget to pack, so that's a big win.
Free tea and coffee facilities as standard and there was a tv that I did not use.
Blackout curtains were provided as opposite was a building that had outside lights on all the time.
Considering the area, after about 11pm I barely heard anything from outside with the window open.
I found other guests to be considerate.
The room was tired and could do with a paint and the floor redone. I do appreciate the wood floor but it does need tidying up.
The window couldn't be held open by itself so I did use the footstool to hold it open. Not a deal breaker but also would have expected it to hold open itself.
Closeness to the train station
Very uncomfortable with tiny bed
normal to somol room
It’s cheap and good location, bed is actually quite comfortable- you do get what you pay for
It’s a bit rough around the edges but as long as you’re not intending on spending much time in the hotel it’s fine
Proximité avec la gare de King Cross
The location was perfect for travelling on the Eurostar
We had barely any sleep at all, there was only one flat pillow and the room was rather warm
L’amabilité du personnel
Tout l’hôtel en lui même, toilette dans le couloir, douche non équipée et au fond du couloir aussi, la clef fournis pour la chambre ouvre toute les chambre aucune sécurité il ressemblait à un hôtel hantée
Location was amazing. Right across kings cross.
The rooms and especially the shared bathrooms are very dirty. They give small hand soaps which people use and then leave behind in the shared bathrooms creating a disgusting mess. Small changes would help a lot, such as attached bottled soap dispensers in the bathroom, hooks to hang towels, hangers in the closet, less bulky dressers which can actually open (in our room a big bulky dresser obstructed our movement and was completely useless as they way it was placed between the bed and window made it impossible to pull out the drawers and actually use it)
