The location is good, near King Cross Railwsy station And St Pancras under ground

Cons:

Double room is very small, feel crowded for Two person. I ended booking Two double rooms for Two single travellers

So worth the money.
Pros:

Really worth the money. You get free wifi and it's dead close to Kings Cross. Most rooms are in the basement but that doesn't bother me at all. They gave us towels and have shampoo which was a god send because I had been to a concert and was dying for a shower. We checked in very early as well for no extra fee. Room also came with a fan.

Simple, clean and nice people
Pros:

Lovely staff, clean room and great location. Simple comfort - nothing wrong with that. Staff very accommodating and allowed my daughter early access on a very hot day. Thank you

Highly recommended with decent room and facilities, accessible by public transport
Pros:

I really like the location. Super near to Kings Cross and St Pancras station - where i usually use the bus or tube to make my way around London. Very convenient with halal restaurants within walking distance in the same area.

The staff are friendly and very accommodating. They are also proactive in recommending rooms that fit your needs.

In terms of the hotel rooms and facilities - My aunt and I tried several rooms - i booked myself a single room at the basement for my own stay first, as I reached a day earlier than my aunt. With my aunt, we booked a double room on the first floor, but she found it too small for her liking, what with our huge luggages etc, hence, she booked another double room, on the first floor as well, so that she can be more comfortable. The rooms are all extremely clean with basic facilities. Highly recommend that you either pack light, or bring a bagpack as the hotel does not have any lift to bring you upstairs. If you require rooms on either the basement, ground floor or first floor, you will need to inform and request from the hotel.

Cons:

I was visiting from Malaysia, during one of London's hot summer weeks. While there was a ceiling fan and table fan for use in the room, I urge the hotel to consider installing air-cons, if this is allowed. I understand the intricacies of requesting such thing, but considering the climate changes, it's high time that the hotel start investing in installing A/C in the rooms. this will very much help guests stay cool if they stay during the hot summer months. :)

Passable thanks to good location and nice staff.
Pros:

The staff were really nice and helpful. I also liked the fact of having a kettle and coffee and tea in my room. The location is great.

Cons:

The mattress was truly NOT OK. It was far too soft. A second, less serious problem is the plumbing, whereby I could hear loud and clear when other guests were using the flush or the watertaps.

Location is great, so is storage area for luggage before and after room occupancy but room is small.
Pros:

Location was very good and the cleanliness aspect was good as was the small fan in the room.

Cons:

Room was a lot smaller than the description and photos suggest…..more important was that we couldn’t open the door with our key and had to get reception to do this….plus the room door couldn’t be locked from inside!

Great location for one night for a early Eurostar train.
Pros:

Location was excellent.

Staff were very friendly.

Easy to find when getting off the london underground.

You have to remember that for the price and an getting a early Eurostar train. It can be worth it. But I did notice loads of other similar hotels in the same area. But it did the job.

Cons:

Didn't help that it was very hot weather.

Fans provided which did help somewhat.

We were in room 1 which was downstairs. Getting suitcases down there was a bit awkward.

Excellent place to stay if you just need a base for touring London
Pros:

Close to train station. Excellent reception staff.

Cons:

Room very small and hot in summer. We originally had a basement room but moved to ground floor when staff realised friend had difficulty with the stairs.
