Pros:

The hotel is located in a beautiful area.

Cons:

The room was extremely small. The toilet was so cramped that an adult could barely fit inside. The window faced a wall and an emergency exit, and there was no main ceiling light in the room.

The pillows were very large and extremely firm. The hotel itself is very outdated and in desperate need of renovation.

I believe that charging €120 per night for a room like this is completely unacceptable. In fact, I don’t think this room should be offered to guests at any price.

Au coeur de Toulouse
Pros:

Séjour de 3 nuit avec mes parents âgés dans cet hôtel confortable et plein de charme.
Accueil attentionné, petit déjeuner copieux, calme et centre ville à portée.
Nous sommes ravis !

Cons:

Manque d'une petite patère dans la salle de bains (spacieuse au demeurant !) mais c'est trois fois rien !

Basic but very good value for an exceptional location
Pros:

Perfect location, clean and great value for money - basic but comfortable

Cons:

Could have done with a main light - we relied on 2 bedside lamps to light the room- also could have done with plug sockets by the bedside- but minor details really for the price we paid

The location and staff were excellent, food was adequate. I would stay here again if in Toulouse.

I expected more for 3 stars my family members had an even room than I had .i would not recommend this Hotel

I was surprised to not find a fridge but I suppose I should have read that before I booked our stay

Un hôtel exceptionnel dans une f
Pros:

L'emplacement était vraiment exceptionnel, vraiment nous étions en plein coeur de Toulouse avec un enfant de 4 ans c'était l'idéal pour redécouvrir cette belle ville. Le personnel était très agréable et nous avons pu profiter d'un très bon petit déjeuner.
