The hotel is obviously set up to host pilgrimage buses, and it seems particularly suited for that purpose. Their claims
Pros:

The situation in the Old Town is just great. We had a room at the upper floor of the behind building, which offered a great view on the Gave and the sunctuary.
The room was oldish but ok. The personnel were always friendly and forthcoming.

Cons:

The personnel at breakfast were particularly forthcoming, however what they were enabled to offer was more like for a school canteen rather than what you would expect from a hotel of that class and price.

Un hotel muy agradable y bien situado.
Pros:

El desayuno variado, de buena calidad y muy bueno.
La cena casera y también muy buena.
La camarera que nos atendió los días que estuvimos fue muy agradable y servicial.

Cons:

Habría que mejorar un poco la limpieza del baño y poner al menos un estante para poder dejar las cosas del baño.

Sencillo pero limpio hotel en Lourdes
Pros:

La cena y que estaba céntrico. Era silencioso

Cons:

El inodoro negro, baños. Nos faltaron las sábanas, sólo había edredones. Y el desayuno no tenía suficiente calidad. La habitación sin vistas, daba a claraboya.

Lo que menos me gustó eran las escaleras que tenían moqueta y olía un poco húmeda pero vamos normalmente vas por ascensor

Proximité au Sanctuaire

La proximité au Sanctuaire, 10 mn à pied.

Cons:

La chambre est petite et vieillotte pas du tout moderne. La salle de bains/toilette est minuscule, compliqué de prendre une douche même pas de savon.
Le point positif est la restauration. Repas servi à table par des personnes souriantes et aimables un vrai bol d’air frais.

Habitación muy cómoda buenas camas, baño amplio con tina y las vistas maravillosas la ventana daba al río y parte del santuario el hotel está muy céntrico cerca de tiendas restaurantes etc puedes hacer todo el recorrido andando lo super recomiendo

Cons:

La ducha parece estar hecha para enanos si mides 1.92 como yo podría ser un problema pero tampoco lo catalogaría como algo muy serio ,tratándose de un hotel astoria y que no te pongan un rollo de papel de baño se me hace de mal gusto en su lugar te ponen toallitas de papel y ahí te tiras 10 minutos para coger la cantidad necesaria ,el desayuno regular el café malísimo

Excelente hotel

El hotel fenomenal calidad precio, ubicación maravillosa, el personal increíbles super agradables, y dispuestos a ayudarte en todo, había un camarero Español encantador, pero no hay problema con el idioma porque casi todos hablan Español, recomendable totalmente

Pros:

Le personnel, les parties communes,

Cons:

Salle de bain trop petite et peu fonctionnelle, petite chambre, fenêtre donnant sur le patio avec un important vis-à-vis, sans voilage et donc epais doubles rideaux constamment fermé.
Repas du Petit déjeuner peut varié, et déjeuner et dîner basiques.
Circulation dans l'hôtel difficile de part le fait d'un établissement créé par l'association de 2 bâtiments construit avec un demi étage car dans une rue pentue.

Hôtel très propre, le matelas et les oreilles sont très confortable, nous avons étais à lourdes pendant la canicule notre chambre étais super bien climatisé.
