I highly recommend this place. The staff were friendly. Very close to everything!

It is very close to the grotto. Food was good.staff were friendly.Comfortable beds. Air conditioning was perfect!!!

Our hallway light in our room didn't work. The lamp didn't work. No box of tissue paper for the nose.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l'Hôtel Padoue à Lourdes. L'accueil a été chaleureux et professionnel dès notre arrivée. Les chambres étaient spacieuses, très propres et confortables. Le personnel est toujours souriant, disponible et aux petits soins pour les clients.
L'emplacement est idéal, à quelques minutes à pied du Sanctuaire, ce qui est très pratique. Le petit-déjeuner était varié.
Un grand merci à toute l'équipe pour son accueil et sa gentillesse. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel et y reviendrons avec grand plaisir lors d'un prochain séjour à Lourdes.

My stay was excellent from start to finish. The hotel is perfectly located, just a short walk from the Sanctuary and close to restaurants, shops, and all the main attractions, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. What truly made my stay special was the exceptional staff—everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their genuine hospitality made me feel at home throughout my visit.
