Would not recommend
Pros:

The property is located really close to the church, but the location is the only positive.

Cons:

The staff were not friendly and helpful, the breakfast was rubbish, and there were literal crumbs on the console in our bedroom when we first got to our room.

Great locatoon
Pros:

The location is 3 mins walk from the Sanctuary, there are many restaurants nearby, also the staffs were really kind and friendly

Cons:

The pillow is a bit uncomfortable buy it is fine.

Super séjour à lourdes
Pros:

L emplacement, la propreté, le personnel, le parking gratuit, le petit déjeuner assez copieux

Cons:

L isolation acoustiques, on entendait beaucoup le bruit à l'extérieur, pas de prise au mur côté table de chevet, si une personne vient avec un appareil sipab il ne c est pas le brancher.
Les coussins pas confortable pour moi.

La cercanía al santuario

Cons:

El personal poco empatico. El parking a 500 m cuando dicen que tienen parking en las instalaciones. Teníamos reserva con cuna y al llegar al hotel no estaba la cuna.
