Хамское отношение персонала по телефону женщина дажне не захотела проверить номер моего бронирования, мне не предоставили номер, который был оплачен на Букинге. Деньги до сих пор не вернули.
3 часа я провела в коридоре с ребенком, пытаясь выяснить причину. Мне удалось оставить вещи у незнакомых людей, проживающих в этом отеле и искать другой вариант, практически ночью во время дождя.
С таким я никогда не сталкивалась.
Утром мне прислали смс, со словами: "Извините, в этот день свободных номеров небыло"..

Très très déçue
Cons:

La gérante a été très désagréable avec moi suite à ma réclamation. J'ai voulu prendre une douche mais l'eau était à peine tiède, sur ce elle me répond que c'est normal vu que tout le monde prend sa douche en même temps j'ai donc décidé de prendre ma douche avant d'aller au lit le soir et là idem l'eau à peine tiède. Le lendemain je retourne chez la gérante et elle me répond qu'il ont un souci technique, je rétorque qu'elle aurait pu me le dire avant et la elle est devenue agressive et raciste en me disant que c'est toujours avec les Italien qu'elle a des problèmes et que c'est pour cela qu'elle n'aime pas les italiens
Et que si je ne suis pas contente je n'ai qu'à partir. Sur ces propos j'ai demandé un remboursement d'abord elle me dit oui ensuite non et pour terminer elle me donne qu'une partie du remboursement en ayant au préalable repris déjà ma clé de chambre. Elle se promène dans l'hôtel avec son chien et dans laisse. Je suis vraiment déçue de cette dame et je n'y mettrai jamais plus les pieds. Cette dame devrait changer de métier car elle déshonore la profession.
