Preis nicht wert

Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung.
Das Meer ist nahe und es hat mehrere Restaurants am Strand

Für ein Dreisterne-Hotel ist der Preis aus unserer Sicht relativ hoch für das, was geboten wird. Leider hat uns das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis insgesamt nicht überzeugt.

Der Empfang an der Rezeption war zwar nicht unfreundlich, aber auch nicht besonders herzlich. Die Informationen wurden sehr schnell erklärt, mit Hinweisen wie „gehen Sie da vorne, dort rechts ist ein Knopf“ usw. Da im Hotel vieles mit einem Badge geöffnet werden muss, wäre eine etwas ausführlichere Erklärung oder ein kurzes Zeigen der Wege hilfreich gewesen.

Enttäuscht waren wir auch vom Frühstück. Die Fotos auf der Website entsprechen aus unserer Sicht überhaupt nicht dem, was tatsächlich angeboten wurde. Am ersten Tag waren wir gegen halb zehn beim Frühstück, obwohl die Frühstückszeit bis 10 Uhr angegeben ist, und es war bereits vieles nicht mehr vorhanden. Es gab nur noch eine Sorte Fleisch und etwas abgepackten Käse. Frische Milch war ebenfalls nicht mehr vorhanden, und der Orangensaft kam aus einer klebrigen Maschine. Zudem war niemand vor Ort, den man hätte fragen können. Am zweiten Tag war die Auswahl etwas besser, dafür gab es dann keinen Orangensaft.



Schade, denn mit etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit bei der Begrüssung, beim Frühstück und bei der Ausstattung könnte man aus unserer Sicht deutlich mehr aus dem Aufenthalt machen. Für den verlangten Preis würden wir uns beim nächsten Mal wahrscheinlich für ein anderes Hotel entscheiden.

L'emplacement est très bien. Place de parking devant.

Cons:

La propreté n'est vraiment pas au rendez-vous. C'est dommage pour un hôtel rénové mais pas bien entretenue. Nous avons communiqué et montré les photos mais durant notre séjour rien a changé, personne pour nettoyer.

Pros:

Great location and pool is nice. Breakfast was satisfactory.

Cons:

The staff were rude and unaccommodating. The pool attendant was particularly rude, watching everyone all the time. The room was small and the balcony was old and dirty.
