El diseño
El tamaño de la habitación y que no tenían neverita en la
Habitación.
Todo fantástico salvo lo señalado más abajo.
Una de las habitaciones (212) me pareció muy incómoda para acceder con maleta grande y oesada. Hay que subir por unas escaleras muy estrechas. Además, la habitación es muy abuhardillada, lo que hace que tengas que tener mucho cuidado con no chocarte. El croissant no es de calidad francesa, tiene que mejorar.
Prachtig gelegen en ingericht hotel met een luxueuze uitstraling. Alles is afgewerkt met oog voor kwaliteit en detail. De kamer was ruim, subliem, verzorgd en met een prachtig uitzicht. Er is voldoende parkeergelegenheid en mijn twee honden waren overal welkom. De dame die de nachtbewaking doet en mij een rondleiding gaf was heel vriendelijk.
Voor de relatief hoge prijs (en dan nog eens 50 euro extra voor de honden, wat een overdreven toeslag is) had ik meer comfort verwacht zoals bijvoorbeeld een kleine koelkast op de kamer en een beter functionerende douche. De wifi werkte niet op mijn laptop omdat het netwerk te weinig beveiligd is. Het grootste minpunt vond ik het personeel in de bar/restaurant dat niet vriendelijk was, geen aandacht had (behalve voor de 'interessante' zakenmensen), waardoor de persoonlijke warmte en gastvrijheid ontbraken. Jammer dat dit mooie hotel zo'n koude, zakelijke en commerciële indruk nalaat.

La décoration et les équipements
L’accueil est un peu à revoir. J’ai trouvé ça expéditif et pas très conviviale. Après on a pas eu la même personne quand on a rendu les clefs et que ça c’était mieux passé. Elle a été à l’écoute

Le personnel est vraiment excellent. Jeune, dynamique, cherchant toujours des solutions et d’une patience vraiment rare.
Proximité en voiture de tous les spots touristiques (Biarritz, Saint Jean de Luz…) et plages.
Très family friendly, des petits jeux pour enfants à disposition, chaises hautes, personnel disponible pour réchauffer les petits pots et nous prêter gentiment le réfrigérateur de l’hôtel pour les goûters. On nous a prêté un parasol pour la plage.
Très propre.
Une salle de yoga climatisée à disposition (cours de yoga à 22€).
Parking gratuit très facile.
Petit déjeuner varié et sain, fruits à volonté la journée. Eau, café et thé (excellente sélection) à disposition.
J’avais réservé une « chambre triple économique » sans faire attention à la petite note en bas de page indiquant qu’il s’agissait d’une chambre mansardée (et à la photo n4 de ladite chambre!) donc sous les toits où on pouvait marcher 5 mètres debout sur 22 mètres carrés indiqués. Vu le prix de la nuit, c’est relativement scandaleux car très inconfortable (surtout pour 5nuits!). Nous avons néanmoins pu changer de chambre sans frais et cela révèle la qualité et le professionnalisme du personnel.
Dans les chambres les thermostat ne fonctionnaient pas : même à 24 degrés il finissait par faire 19 au milieu de la nuit. On l’éteint puis on se réveille en sueur à 25 degrés…un peu pénible.
La planche de charcuterie à 25€ est vraiment exagérée. Il s’agit de quelques tranches de fromage et de jambon du petit déjeuner (lui aussi a 25€ mais plus qualitatif).
Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de déjeuner proposé et que le dîner soit limité à quelques pots biocop relativement chers (15-17€ le bocal) bien que sains.
Wunderschöne Anlage, großzügiger Yoga-Raum, großer Pool, geräumiges Zimmer mit großem Bad, sehr gutes Frühstück, freundliches Personal. Rundum gut und empfehlenswert.
Bei den wenigen Nachteilen, sollte jeder selbst entscheiden, ob ihn das stört.
Haustiere (Hunde) ohne Leine am Pool und im Yoga- Raum. M.E. sollte es Regeln geben, wonach Hunde nicht in diese Bereiche dürfen.
Es gibt kein Gym. Der Yoga- Raum wurde tageweise als Tagungsraum für Gruppen genutzt. Zeitweise wurden Kinder und Babys dort zum Schlafen gelegt und gewickelt. Kurzum der Raum war so gut wie nie nutzbar.

Loved the general vibe of this hotel. Great staff, loved the room with the view on the fields with donkeys and horses. Super nice heated pool, fabulous breakfast, very stylish decor, lot of good taste. Feels luxurious yet has a warm atmosphere.
The Cabane room has a fridge and kitchen cupboards so l expected basic utensils to prepare things like breakfast or salads. It’s just common sense to put a toaster, cutlery and salad bowls.
The access to the Cabane is unpractical because it makes you pass between hammocks and rooms which feels intrusive and embarrassing when you pass and someone is resting in the hammocks. There should be steps from the side of the pool to avoid passing right in front of people’s private doorways.
