Superb hotel and very nice friendly staff
Pros:

Loved the general vibe of this hotel. Great staff, loved the room with the view on the fields with donkeys and horses. Super nice heated pool, fabulous breakfast, very stylish decor, lot of good taste. Feels luxurious yet has a warm atmosphere.

Cons:

The Cabane room has a fridge and kitchen cupboards so l expected basic utensils to prepare things like breakfast or salads. It’s just common sense to put a toaster, cutlery and salad bowls.
The access to the Cabane is unpractical because it makes you pass between hammocks and rooms which feels intrusive and embarrassing when you pass and someone is resting in the hammocks. There should be steps from the side of the pool to avoid passing right in front of people’s private doorways.

Great stop over hotel on route to Spain.
Pros:

Modern refurbishment, immaculate, very clean, friendly staff, stunning pool.

Cons:

No restaurant and no restaurants within walking distance.

A lovely relaxing stay away from the hustle and bustle of the coast
Pros:

Lovely modern and fresh property with great pool facilities, very comfortable rooms and friendly staff.

Cons:

It was quite disconnected, we spent €50 on a return taxi to get to Biarritz for the evening, so consider this before using as a base to explore the coast.

Stylishes, schönes Hotel mit kleinen Service-Mängeln
Pros:

Wunderschönes, stylisches Yoga- und Surfhotel der gehobenen Klasse. Liegt zwar an einer Durchfahrtsstrasse, aber es ist gut isoliert. Ein historisches, typisch baskisches Gebäude, neu renoviert, hell und im Scandi-Design eingerichtet. Gutes, gesundes Frühstück, tolle Coffeetable-Books zum Stöbern, schöner, großzügiger Aufenthaltsbereich und ein grosser Pool, der sich tatsächlich zum schwimmen eignet.

Cons:

Obwohl das Personal sehr charmant und freundlich war, ist es ein absolutes No-go, wenn man einen Gast vor versammelter Gruppe anspricht, dass er sich von der eigentlich für alle zur Verfügung stehenden 'Selbstbedienungsladen-Ecke' kein heisses Wasser und 3 Teebeutelchen für Angehörige nehmen darf. (ich hätte das ja auch auf dem Zimmer machen können). Dazu durfte mein Neffe und meine Nichte nicht mit unserem Sohn im Pool spielen, obwohl tatsächlich niemand bei dem stürmischen, bewölkten Wetter den Pool an diesem Nachmittag nutzte. Das ist sehr kleinlich und passt überhaupt nicht zum gehobenen Niveau und der doch gewollten Coolness des Hauses. Ein zentraler Bestandteil eines Hotels ist es, dass man Gästen gegenüber bei Wünschen gastfreundlich und großherzig ist, und nicht die Kunden mit solchen Details vor den Kopf stösst. Schade!
