Was so lovely and beautifully restored. The breckfast was great value for money. Location was so central so many places to go.

Hôtel bien situé avec une histoire.
Porte fermée à notre arrivée à 21h30 après 7h de route et un propriétaire désagréable venu à l'improviste (heureusement sinon nous dormions sur le trottoir). Aucun appel de sa part ne nous voyant pas arriver. Certes cela était écrit sur la réservation que la réception était fermée après 20h mais tout en bas et en tout petit. Nous voyageons beaucoup et c'est la première fois qu'un hôtel n'a pas de réception en soirée ou ne nous envoie pas un code d'entrée si il n'y a personne.
Ce qui agréable est la situation de l’hôtel, à proximité des quartiers historiques et festifs de Tours. Évidemment, l’hôtel n'est pas moderne mais le côté ancien peut séduire.
Cet hôtel aurait pu être convenable en dehors des périodes de canicules.
J'ai été très déçu par le système de climatisation mobile dont l'air est évacué par la fenêtre laissé ouverte : inefficace, bruyant, consommateur. J'ai l'habitude voyager à l'étranger et nous sommes à la traine en France sur ce point.
De plus, les serviettes de bain pendait chaque jour sur la poubelle placée juste en dessous. ce n'est pas propre et ceci est un point facilement améliorable.
Très agréable séjour un peu court finalement.
La climatisation et un plateau courtoisie peut-être !

Nous avons dû payer 15€ supplémentaire pour une arrivée tardive, je n’avais jamais vu cela !

Stanza piccolissima, non avevamo valigie perché pernottato solo una notte, con le valigie scale strette e pericolose. Inoltre risulta che ha aria condizionata ma in realtà non è così.
