Cons:

Geboekt voor kamer met airco maar airco bleek kapot en het was buiten 33 gr...op de kamer bloedheet. Gemeld maar werd erg lakoniek op gerageerd. ...monteur is gebeld...dus niet..en niet geslapen door hitte. Geen tegemoet koming oid.
Verder waren zeeppompen leeg. Voor hotel aan snelweg voor op doorreis denk je handig hoeg niet alles mee te nemen uit koffer...helaas...

La douche difficile à comprendre le mécanisme, le pommeau ne tenait plus et l’absence de joint sous la porte qui laissait couler l’eau dans la salle de bain .

Un séjour catastrophique, nous vous conseillons de fuir cet établissement

L'équipe, et particulièrement la patronne, est antipathique, désagréable et absolument pas professionnelle. Nous n'avons pas du tout été reçus comme nous l'espérions.

Les visuels sur Booking ne reflètent absolument pas la réalité. C'est de la publicité mensongère.

La chambre était annoncée avec climatisation. À notre arrivée, elle ne fonctionnait pas alors qu'il faisait plus de 30°C à l'extérieur comme à l'intérieur. En appelant la réception, on nous a simplement répondu : "Oui, on va voir ce qu'on peut faire", sans jamais nous donner de délai ni résoudre le problème.

Voulant découvrir les vins de la région, nous avons commandé un Crémant de Bourgogne. La patronne nous a sèchement répondu qu'elle n'en avait pas. Un comble pour un établissement situé en Bourgogne !

Bref, aucun sens de l'hospitalité ni du service. Passez votre chemin.

Le petit déjeuner est très bien, l’emplacement me convenait

Cons:

La clim ne fonctionnait pas les deux lampes de chevet étaient HS. Le pommeau de douche ne tenait pas en place tomber tout le temps, et lorsque j’ai informé le réceptionniste, la seule réponse que j’ai eu, désolé que s’assoit tombé sur vous.
