A very good hotel
Pros:

A very good, clean hotel with polite and helpful staff. Very good breakfast and dinner, good wifi, nice swimming pool. Close to bus stop and the sea.

Nice hotel but room for improvement
Pros:

My junior suite room was lovely and big with a nice sunset, the buffet breakfast was plentiful

Cons:

Balcony too small, lifts tiny and not enough for the size of hotel - pool area small and lacking sunbeds

Merkeze yürüme mesafesinde yer alıyor. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve yardımsever. Fiyat performans olarak harika bir tercih. Akşam etkinlikleri çok güzel. Kahvaltısı tatmin edici.

Cons:

Odalar biraz küçük. Tuvalet kapısı kapanmıyordu, duşakabinin camı bozuk olduğu için duş sonrası tüm banyo su içinde kalıyordu. Bir de şehirde rüzgar çok olduğu için oda kapısı altından çok kuvvetli bir rüzgar sesi geliyor normalde. Biz havlu sıkıştırıp sesi kesebildik.

Die Lage. Personal an der Rezeption war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Essen, Küche, Personal.
Eine Katastrophe!!!! Das Essen von der schlechteste Qualität, die ich gesehen habe!!!!
Anscheinend wir sind micht die ersten, die sich über Essen beschwert haben.
Es waren ein paar netten Kellner im Restaurant, meistens sahen aber eher wie Sklaven....
Familienzimmer war wirklich nicht schlecht, nun gar keine Möglichkeit fürs trocknen von badesachen oder Handtücher.
Gebuchte Halbpension lohnt sich gar nicht. Man kann in der Stadt sehr gut und lecker essen. Mein Freund und mein älterer Sohn hatten Vergiftung (beide haben Würstchen beim Frühstück gegessen). Und anscheinend nicht nur 2 Leute lagen im Bett nach dem Frühstück, wie wir später erfahren haben.
Also, ich bin wirklich enttäuscht.

Pros:

The breakfast was really good, great variety to choose from and everything always fresh. It also included some small local things which I appreciated.
The hotel is nicely situated, very close to the beach, although it's on a hill that's a bit steep so it was quite a workout to get back every day! But we enjoyed walking around, and the staff was really nice and helpful.

Cons:

The AC in our room was possessed. It emitted this high-pitched screech all the time while working. During the day, we could tune it out, but not at night so we were obliged to turn off the AC for the night (so it was very stuffy in the morning when we woke up). We mentioned it to a staffer but nothing was done and we're not the king of people to kick up a fuss and demand a change of room, especially since we paid extra for the room with the view.
Secondly, the view was amazing, but right under our windows there were AC vents of two other hotels that made loud noise all the time, a lower buzz that, with the balcony door closed, we were able to tune out at night, thankfully. But it did detract from the charm of the seaview room quite significantly.
On the other hand, we got late checkout due to a very late flight and were moved to a room on the first floor that was much worse - cramped, tiny bathroom with a shower that leaked water, and an AC that barely worked and yet made a noise like some sort of a beast of the wild 🤣 we were happy that it was only for a day!

Pros:

Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε κεντρικό σημείο της Ρόδου, πολύ κοντά στην παλιά πόλη. Η θέα από το μπαλκόνι του δωματίου ήταν υπέροχη, έβλεπε απευθείας στη θάλασσα. Το πρωϊνό ήταν εξαιρετικό, με πολύ μεγάλη ποικιλία προσφερόμενων εδεσμάτων και ποτών (γάλακτος, χυμών κλπ}. Το μπάνιο λειτουργικό και το κρεβάτι άνετο.

Cons:

Το μέγεθος του δωματίου θα έπρεπε να είναι τουλάχιστον πέντε τετραγωνικά μέτρα μεγαλύτερο. Μεγαλύτερο θα έπρεπε να είναι και το μέγεθος του μπάνιου. Η τηλεόραση μικρή, σίγουρα θα έπρεπε να είναι τουλάχιστον 43 ιντσών.
