Ottimo ristorante, varietà di cibo e personale cortese. L'hotel ha un bellissimo parco con piscina annessa (non ne abbiamo usufruito ma sembrava ben tenuta).

Drama slecht, bed is al 5 jaar aan vervanging toe

4 jaar geleden moest je als gast een verbouwing overwinnen qua geluid, dit jaar toch nog eens proberen…… tot mijn spijt! Had wederom geboekt door het zwembad, was kapot, je zou toch zeggen dat een hotel alles in staat stelt om dit te verhelpen, nee hoor…… het is niet anders, staat inmiddels op Booking.com vermeld was het antwoord. Ik kreeg een gratis ontbijt ter vergoeding. Hotel wil graag de nostalgie laten beleven en alles is dan ook oud, tegels badkamer, bad amper gekit, wc die nog staat afgesteld op 1970 en het allerergste….. het bed was zo ontzettend doorgezakt dat je echt naar het midden rolde. Schandalig dat ze hier gasten in laten liggen, ik kan voorlopig naar fysiotherapie voor m’n rug. Restaurant kan je niet even rustig eten want iedere twee minuten staan ze opdringerig aan je tafel…… het liefst alles opeten binnen tien minuten. Grote groepen (bussen) zitten gezellig met buitenlicht te ontbijten of dineren, kunnen naar buiten kijken en als gewone gast wordt je in een donker zaaltje gezet omdat de rest voor alle groepen is…… echt niet normaal slecht. Receptie is totaal niet hartelijk of vriendelijk, vragen niet hoe het verblijf was of……. Zeer zeer slecht - lees: nooit meer naartoe!

Ruime kamer, heel aardig personeel en erg goed restaurant. Goed bereikbaar en mooie uitvalsbasis voor tripjes.

Cons:

Klein bed, het hotel is aan een opknapbeurt toe, heel gedateerd, gehorige kamers en veel bussen met reizigers die voor flink overlast zorgden. Ontbij was zeer matig: oud brood, veel was al op door de vroege busreizigers en werd niet aangevuld. Enorm slechte koffie uit automaten. Het zwembad was dicht doordat de waterzuivering niet werkte en erg verwaarloost. Kortom onderhoud nodig.

El hotel está muy viejo. La habitación era muy vieja y sucia; la lámpara de la habitación estaba manchada. La moqueta vieja y sucia. La ducha y el grifo estaban rotos, el espejo del baño sucio.
La cama incómoda tenía un somier rígido de madera.
Intente que me cambiaran la habitación pero el personal de recepción no atendió mi solicitud.
El hotel está lejos de Pescia y mal comunicado, sin transporte público. El taxi tardó 20 m en llegar. Si quieres ir andando el camino es una carretera con mucho tráfico sin acera ni arcen..
La piscina no estaba en uso.

Había un cartel en la habitación que advertía que la gerencia no se haría responsable del dinero dejado allí, pero no había ni armario ni cajón para guardar nada.
La calidad está muy por debajo de la de un hotel de 4 estrellas.

La disponibilidad de la gente en la recepción para resolver reclamos. Muy amables todos. Muy buen desayuno

Cons:

Lamentablemente la piscina no estaba habilitada para usarse pero nos propusieron usar las instalaciones de otro hotel. No es lo ideal pero nos dieron una solución. Gracias al personal por su disponibilidad. El hotel es un poco anticuado pero es cómodo.

Pros:

Ein traditionelles älteres Restaurant mit Geschichte. Früher durch viele Prominente besucht. Insgesamt aber leider in der alten Zeit stehen geblieben. Trotzdem tolles Gefüh,l dort zu speisen, wo wohl mal Maradona mal gegessen hat.

Cons:

Pool angeblich seit 2 Tagen defekt. Es sah aber nach einem längeren Ausfall aus. Schade, habe mich nach 30 Fußkilometern echt darauf gefreut!
