Nice but wouldn’t go back
Pros:

Very nice hotel in general super clean and classy

Cons:

Staff managers was awful spent half the holiday just trying to sort money out because they kept messing us a bout. Made a booking reservation and when we payed they made their own one and was being told we have to pay a £220 cancellation fee when it was not our fault my first holiday abroad and it was so close to being completely ruined. Payed for a massage their as well never showed up as we forget (yes our fault) but we were never told we wouldn’t be refunded so spent about 3 days trying to get our money back. Other than that the guests are great and most of the staff is so lovely

Repetiría. Cómodo y muy buena relación calidad precio

El buffet. Comida bastante variada y rica

Cons:

La poca variedad de animación. ( Aunque los animadores eran muy agradables). Faltó más juegos y variedades. Los horarios de comida. Es verdad que está orientado al turista extranjero, pero por ejemplo...la cena termina a las 21:15....y eso en España es bastante temprano.

Bien, pero mejorable
Pros:

Las instalaciones del Hotel son inmejorables, piscinas, pistas, animaciones, parking gratuito, y la renovación de algunas de las habitaciones, en mi caso precisamente una de las renovadas.

Cons:

Las renovaciones de las habitaciones implican que el hotel está en obras mientras tú estás en tu habitación.
Las comidas eran muy irregulares, un día podías comer bien y otro muy mal (aparte del tema del cobro de lo que no sea agua).
Es un Hotel enfocado al Turista británico es así y se nota.
Lo más importante, la animación infantil la mayoría de los días era en Inglés, mi hijo parecía el turista extranjero...llegando a no entender nada de lo que pasaba, deberían darle una vuelta a esto y pensar en todo el público.

En el pasado tuvo que ser un magnífico hotel. Hoy en día no reúne las condiciones mínimas
Pros:

El tamaño de las habitaciones, bastante amplia

Cons:

El resto. Le hace falta una reforma integral como el comer. No se salva nada. Los aires acondicionado hacen mucho ruido y no enfrían suficiente, las puertas están hinchadas de la humedad. Pero o baño amplio pero con más de 20 años sin renovación. Moqueta por todo el hotel. En las zonas comunes olor a viejo insoportable y presencia de insectos. Es una pena, porque podía estar bastante bien si estuviera bien mantenido

Les chambres était très correct

Le sèche cheveux ne marchais pas

El hotel es bastante grande y su ubicación está bastante bien para moverte en cualquier dirección de la isla.

Decepcionante,esperábamos más calidad

Instalaciones de la piscina

Cons:

Comida en general poco elaborada,platos tristes,escasa decoración.
No te puedes levantar de la mesa porque te quitan el plato aunque no hayas acabado.
Algunos platos se repitieron en el almuerzo y en la cena.
