No me gustó que llegue a las 9;30 y no nos dieron la habitación asta las 3 y cuando me dan la habitación la bañé estaba llena de pelos rubios y el suelo de la habitación con muchas huellas y suciedad de tierra me alojé en la habitación 623
Las piscinas y la tranquilidad del entorno
Las actuaciones nocturnas son demasiado ruidosas y mientras se desarrollaban era imposible dormir o simplemente escuchar la TV.
El bufete del desayuno, con productos frescos y gran variedad incluido en el total.
El Spa y masaje recomendado en recepción, muy saludable
La tranquilidad, aparcamientos, la piscina y su bar, el estilo arquitectónico, las terrazas con vistas a la piscina de ensueño, el espacio, además del ambiente acogedor del bajo con agua, plantas trepadoras y salones tan especiales donde no transcurre el tiempo. Amabilidad natural.
Las cristaleras de las habitaciones no renovadas no tenían vinilo oscuro sino foscurit, por lo que había que vigilar el A/C a pesar de ser invierno suave. El resto, por el precio rebajado, bien. Moquetas pero limpias y nevera buena.

En general todo. La amabilidad de los empleados. El equipo de animación. Las piscinas la comida. Las instalaciones. El hotel estupendo. Encantado mi pareja y yo de haber pasado esos días ahí

I will start with the welcome which we received. The trainee receptionist Esmer (hope I write her name corectlly) was so nice. We did not have the feeling that doing check in. It was just a chat which made us already settled . The location of the hotel is perfect for those who like 15 min walk to get to the beach. Sea frontline location is always preffered ( this hotel is not frontline lication), but for me it was better because you cannot match the view which we have. The view was amazing, we could see the sea, we could see the "countryside", we could see the town/village, we could see the pool and the garden of the hotel (both were amazing, very clean and very well maintenence). The food service (breakfast, lunch, dinner ... etc) was very well organized. There was different choices and at the same time I could not see any waste, which means good management. The lobby was so bright and the smelll in it so fresh and proper. We needed to leave the hotel very early in the morning and when I went to reception desk to ask for taxi in the morning the guy there asked me "what about your breakfast?". I was surprised because we needed only coffee. He said leave it for me. In the morning at 4.30am we had a table with some breakfast items pre-pared only for us. It was so nice. All staff members (accommodation, bar staff, reception ...etc) were dressed properly and being starved by them the feeling was nice 😀. I already mentioned that check in was nice experience, but I would say the same for the person who checked out us (I do not know his name). It was even better, just short chat and we already "did not regred thet our holiday finished". We just left.
It could be because of the language barrier (I do not speak Spanish) but we did not have shower gel. I asked 2 times accommodation assistant but it was not provided. Maybe I should have asked at the reception about it. It was not an issue, we bought one from the shop.
