Pros:

El Hotel Hermitage es un remanso de paz si lo que buscas es desconectar. Se trata de un antiguo convento, transformado en un moderno hotel que cuenta con todas las comodidades: psicina, spa, restaurante, jardines, etc. Destacar también al personal, que siempre está dispuesto a resolver cualquier petición. Eso sí, parte del encanto es que está totalmente aislado de cualquier sitio, por lo que se hace imprescindible contar con coche si se quiere salir del hotel. En definitva, una excelente opción para quien se lo pueda permitir.

Le calme, l’emplacement était parfait (sauf la route un peu serré dans les tournants🥶), un grand parking et belle chambre

Tolle Lage, tolles Personal aber leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen
Pros:

Wunderschön gelegen. Mitten im Nirgendwo.
Restaurants in Orient vorhanden aber etwa 30 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

Frühstück: War okay. Hatten auf der Insel schon deutlich bessere... es war aber alles dabei was ach benötigte.
Zimmer: Betten sehr bequem, sehr groß und tolle Aussicht.
Parkplatz vorhanden, abgesperrt und bewacht. Stellplatz (Schuppen) für Fahrräder vorhanden.

Personal: Super freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Poolbereich: Liegen sehr renovierungsbedürftig. Alles klappert und fällt fast auseinander.
Pool schön groß aber leider viel zu kalt... Konnten ihn nicht benutzen
Man merkt das einige Bereiche schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind. Spa, Fließen locker, dreckig, Sauna war leider nicht sehr sauber... alles etwas veraltet und abgelebt.

Welcoming and friendly staff! Green and calm surroundings. And recharging dry sauna experience followed by cold showers
Pros:

It was pleasurable and relaxing atmosphere. The property is well maintained and situated in the middle of the valley surrounded by mountains. We really enjoyed our patio because there was plenty of space to walk around and there was noise pollution during the day and no light pollution at night and can see clear starry night sky. We woke up to birds and sheep singing.

It was one of the best and warm staying I ever had
Pros:

Everything feels like a dream. You could tell all the staff are passionate about their jobs, it moved me and they tried their best to make me feel like I am living in Dowton Abby as much as they can. Food is perfect 10/10. We had breakfast and dinner. You could tell the food is fresh and made with their heart, the prices are reasonable. The view is perfect surrounded by mountains, very quiet and beautiful.

Cons:

The location is far away from towns and there are a lot of mountains road, narrowed and a little bit challenging. It will be risky to drive out at night. So be prepared if you are going to travel back and forth from town to town. But if you are just looking for a quiet chilling stay, that is fine.

A great place to spend a weekend.
Pros:

The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable. There was a spa with a sauna and steam room. The breakfast was delicious. The staff were very friendly. There is plenty of parking and the whole location is picturesque.

Cons:

The hot water in the shower was a little temperamental and the hair dryer was a little bit weak but these are such small issues.

Diese Hotel ist herausragend und hält alles was es verspricht,man muss sich aber der abgeschiedenen Lage bewusst sein.
Wir wollten genau das und unsere Erwartungen wurden noch übertroffen:
Traumhafte Anlage
Jeder einzelne Mitarbeiter überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit
Toller Service in Restaurant
Herrausragend gutes Essen (sowohl vielfältiges Frühstücksbuffet als auch das super leckere,regional geprägte Abendessen)
Der Blick in das tramuntanagebirge und die Ruhe
Zimmer groß und komfortabel (bitte vor allem den kaffekocher beibehalten!)
Es war alles perfekt

Cons:

Nichts,es war toll!
Man muss sich aber bewusst sein,das man ein Auto benötigt fürs auswärtige abendessen oder Ausflüge.
Wir haben jeden Abend im Restaurant gegessen,weil es so gut war…aber es hätte auch gute Restaurants in Orient,Álaro oder Bunyola gegeben

Pros:

We had four nights booked in Palma to follow this. We cancelled them. That’s probably the most honest review we can give.
L’Hermitage is tucked away in the Serra de Tramuntana mountains — UNESCO World Heritage, absolutely stunning — and it’s built around an old monastery that gives the whole place an atmosphere you can’t manufacture. Stone walls, history, total quiet. It just feels special from the moment you arrive.
Rooms were immaculate and really comfortable. No complaints whatsoever — everything was clean, well looked after, and felt genuinely cared for rather than just ticked off a checklist.
The staff were brilliant. Warm, attentive, always with a smile — and it never felt like an act. The kind of service that makes you feel looked after without being fussed over.
The pool is gorgeous, sitting right up against the old monastery walls as a backdrop — easily one of the most atmospheric spots we’ve ever had a drink by. The spa did exactly what a spa should do. The restaurant was excellent.
We didn’t want to leave and, well, we proved it. Can’t recommend this place highly enough.
