Pros:

Geniales Frühstücksbuffet und unkomplizierte Mitarbeiter. Hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir haben uns alle gut aufgehoben gefühlt und das Restaurant ist auch über jeden Zweifel erhaben. Ein perfekter Ort um die burgundische Weinregion zu besuchen. Immer wieder gerne.

De ligging en het zwembad

Cons:

Het bedienend personeel in het restaurant: we moesten lang wachten op onze wijn, je werd verplicht een starter te nemen (anders werd de kok boos volgens hen) en toen we aangaven dat we dat niet wilden kregen we toch iets voorgezet, volledig ongevraagd. We werden er redelijk onbeschoft behandeld.

Wij hadden na een lange reis in het hotel willen eten maar hoorden te laat dat dut niet kon.. Wij konden toen ook niet meer cancellen

Waiting staff need a little training,

Looking at all the previous reviews of the restaurant I suspect my party of 3 just got unlucky. Almost comically slow service. Had to ask for water 4 times before it arrived. There seemed to be plenty of staff who spent most of their time either talking to each other or staring at the dinner orders neatly arranged (and continuously rearranged) on a desk at the edge of the restaurant. Our first course plates were still sitting in front of us, not cleared away, almost two hours after we sat down. At that point we gave up. No apology, or comment of any kind, was offered when I checked out the next morning. Instead, I was asked if I would like to leave a tip for good service.

Goede locatie voor een overnachting onderweg!
Pros:

We hebben hier één nacht verbleven tijdens onze doorreis en dat is ons uitstekend bevallen. Het hotel is hier en daar wat gedateerd, maar dat doet weinig af aan de charme en vooral aan het comfort voor een verblijf van één nacht.

Een groot pluspunt is de mogelijkheid om de auto met bagage veilig op het terrein te parkeren. Dat geeft tijdens een doorreis een prettig en geruststellend gevoel.

Het ontbijt was bijzonder smakelijk en bood een goede start van de dag. Ook het personeel was zonder uitzondering erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

We hebben 's avonds in het hotel gedineerd. De ploeg was meer dan vriendelijk en deed duidelijk enorm zijn best om het de gasten naar de zin te maken. Het leek er alleen op dat het team nog niet helemaal op elkaar was ingespeeld, waardoor de service soms wat minder soepel verliep. Dat vonden we echter absoluut geen groot probleem; de vriendelijke en enthousiaste houding maakte veel goed.

Al met al een prima keuze voor een overnachting tijdens een doorreis. Vooral de veilige parkeermogelijkheid, het uitstekende ontbijt en de vriendelijke medewerkers maken dat we hier zeker met een goed gevoel op terugkijken.

Exactly where we needed on our journey to the South of France.
Pros:

In a stunning setting and a great location to explore the Burgundy wine region. It has a lovely pool in which to relax after a long day driving. We had an excellent dinner washed down with some good wine.

Ein sehr idyllisch und doch verkehrsgünstig gelegenes Hotel mit einem excellenten Feinschmeckerrestaurant und einer hervorragenden Weinkarte. Eine schöne Anlage mit Pool runden den Aufenthalt ab. Freundlicher Empfang, liebenswürdige Angestellte. Das Frühstück ist vielseitig mit hervorragenden Produkten in einem atemberaubenden Ambiente. Wir schätzten es sehr, hervorragend zu speisen und die Weine zu genießen und dann dort übernachten zu können.

Cons:

Das Zimmer mit dem verspiegelten Fensterglas war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Dusche hatte kaum Wasserdruck.
