Le confort de la chambre, la literie, la propreté dans l’ensemble de l’hôtel, le calme et la cuisine d’une grande qualité.
Le côté obséquieux de la personne en charge de la relation avec les clients ; le manque de discrétion manifeste de la réceptionniste qui, parlant très fort, vous dévoile tout sur le client qui vous précède à la réception (son nom cité plusieurs fois, la durée de son séjour, le montant de sa facture…) et vous assène le même traitement évidemment ! Un comportement très peu professionnel, surtout dans ce type d’établissement.
