Cons:

Pas de clim dans les chambres ni de ventilateur trop chaud pour dormir on a ouvert les fenêtres ça a été l'horreur jusque 2h du matin beaucoup de bruit et des cris pas de respect pour l'environnement

Un séjour très agréable dans un hôtel idéalement situé, avec un personnel attentif et des prestation
Pros:

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel à Lourdes. Son emplacement est idéal, à proximité immédiate des sanctuaires, ce qui est particulièrement appréciable.

J’ai été touché par la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel, toujours à l’écoute et prêt à rendre service. L’accueil est assuré 24h/24, ce qui apporte un vrai confort.

Le petit déjeuner est très bien achalandé, avec un large choix de produits sucrés et salés : viennoiseries, charcuterie, fruits… le tout à volonté et de très bonne qualité. Les dîners sont également copieux et satisfaisants.

J’ai aussi beaucoup apprécié la propreté irréprochable des lieux.

Je recommande cet établissement sans hésitation pour un séjour à Lourdes.

Pros:

La ubicacion era excelente y el personal era muy agradable, camas comodas! Recomendable si es para una noche!

Cons:

Las habitaciones son muy distintas a las fotos, mucho mas pequeñas, sin aire acondicionado y los baños anticuados y muy pequeños

Cons:

No té aire acondicionat a les habitacions i ens ha agafat la onada de calor.
Sí que hi havia un ventilador de torre però feia poca cosa. Recomano que climatitzin o sinó comprar ventiladors de sostre o sinó almenys de peu amb aspes que van bastant més bé que les torres.

If we go again, we’ll consider stay in the hotel again.

Pros:

El trato del personal. Amabilidad y empatía.

Cons:

Las habitaciones no tenían aire acondicionado, plato de ducha diminuto apenas podías girarte.
La limpieza de la habitación deja mucho que desear, solo cambiaron toallas y vaciada papelera , el suelo del baño sin escobar ni fregar.
