La proximité au sanctuaire, la gentillesse du personnel, la propreté de la chambre

Está muito bem localizado. Funcionários muito atenciosos e rápidos.
Não comemos no local, não posso avaliar a comida. Reservei 2 quartos, pedi e nos colocaram perto, muito bom.

Cons:

Uma das camas estava desregulada, como se fosse quebrar, mas confortável.
Banheiro que achei ruim , era espaçoso mas com 2 portas separadas.
Mas para o que fomos era o que precisávamos.

La colazione, oltre a esserci poca scelta, in ogni tavolo di default c'erano mezza baguette e una brioche che se non mangiavi (pensiamo) venissero buttate

L'emplacement

Cons:

Nous étions au 5 ème étage et 1 ascenseur était en panne avec un technicien présent pour le réparer mais le lendemain il était de nouveau hors service. Le deuxième ne fonctionnait pas le matin de notre départ et nous avons dû descendre l'escalier du 5 ème étage avec nos bagages et ensuite aider des personnes âgées à les descendre également(client italien âgée)

Best staff ever
Pros:

The staff was exceptional in every way. Any questions, requests, issues, they responded to immediately. Could not ask for a more attentive and customer service oriented team.
Access to Lourdes Sanctuary was a VERY easy walk.

Cons:

Room was small. Shower had very strong pressure, which caused hand held to become possessed 🤣
