C'était vraiment un très bon séjour, et ceci grâce un très bon personnel. Merci à eux, vraiment.
Masser af gamle lamper med i alt 16 pærer. De 13 af pærerne var defekte..
Der mangler i dan grad aircondition.
Der var et gammelt anlæg på til frisk ludt på værelset som ikke har været tændt i mange år og dækslet var helt fedtet af støv.

Das Personal, wahrscheinlich sogar die Chefin zeigten sich nicht unbedingt Kinderlieb. Obwohl wir vorher angaben, dass wir mit einem Baby anreisen war die Begrüßung sehr verhalten. Am ersten Abend gab es frdlw. einen Kinderhochstuhl. Dieser wurde am zweiten Tag nicht mal mehr angeboten. Schade, es hätte nett sein können. Die größte Enttäuschung war aber das angepriesene Abendessen, man musste extra reservieren und bekam dann eine Abfertigung auf Mensa-Niveau.

Hotel très bien placé au cœur des vignes face au château, très silencieux, bon petit déjeuner, piscine pour se relaxer
Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas la climatisation
Frigo et ventilateur dans la chambre. Appréciable en temps de canicule. Petit déjeuner complet. Amabilité du personnel.
Système de savon-produit douche que nous n'avons pas réussi à faire fonctionner. Restaurant attenant à l'hôtel d'un rapport qualité prix médiocre.
La piscine, le sauna, le hammam
Very big room for 2 adults and 2 kids (number 30) and amazing location with a view to the Koenigsbourg castle on the hill in front. Also the village of Saint-Hippolyte is amazing. Breakfast OK (with the possibility to drink some Alsatian bubbles). Possible to eat at the restaurant. The choice is limited to only one main dish starter and dessert, but they were good and tasty (and not so expensive). The free car parking just in front of the hotel was also very convenient. The indoor swimming pool was also OK (a bit annoying that you cannot bring rooms towels to the pool)
The hotel is a bit dated, but overall clean. Perhaps not so cheap, but I booked quite late.
