Pros:

L emplacement, le petit dej tres varié, la taille des chambres, la clim. Personnel sympathique

Cons:

La clim n accede pas à la mezzanine où etait sensée dormir notre fille, il faisait tres chaud en haut, nous avons dû descendre un matelas pour qu elle puisse etre au frais.

Sehr schönes klimatisiertes Zimmer im kleinen charmanten Nebengebäude. Parkplatz vor der Haustür. Mitten in der Altstadt. Schöne Terrasse. Sehr freundliche Dame an der Rezeption.

Restaurant et brasserie au top, le personnel également. Emplacement central.

Cons:

Hébergements très vieux, chambres inégales pour le même standing, personnel administratif limite sympathique. Hôtel un peu poussiéreux et vétuste dans le bâtiment principal. Pas d'ascenseur, escalier abrupt. Une seule place de recharge pour voiture électrique.

mauvais timing et un établissement en dessous de nos attentes . La gentillesse du personnel reste.
Pros:

L'emplacement au sein de la ville haute est parfait, et surtout, le personnel est très accueillant et sympathique, à l'écoute du client.

Cons:

l’hôtel ne correspond pas au standing attendu . les couloir, les chambres sont vieillot et défraichis . Nous n'avons pas eu de chance, il y avait une fête de famille pendant notre séjour : 30 à 40 personnes ensembles ... ce n'est pas propice à un WE au calme dans un établissement "de charme" .
Le restaurant de l’hôtel était en dessous de nos attentes : un cuisine très convenue.
L'ensemble fait que le rapport qualité prix n'est pas bon .

It's OK
Pros:

The hotel is well placed in the historic centre of Provins, so step outside and you're right in amongst medieval streets, a small square with plenty of places to explore, eat and drink.
There's on-site parking and there's a restaurant – which seemed very popular.

Cons:

OK, I understand the hotel is under modernisation, so I can ignore that.
But our Deluxe room, simply wasn't. It was very much standard. The bathroom facilities had been modernised and were very nice, but the room was functional and soulless – clean, tidy, but not in any way Deluxe.
I've stayed in very nice, functional hotels on business and that was the vibe of the room.
We were lucky enough to stay in some really outstanding hotels on this visit, also in beautiful medieval surroundings, but this just wasn't one of them.
The exterior has charm and character, which just doesn't translate internally.
Our "Deluxe" room didn't even contain a fridge or shower – nor were they even an option.
And I'm not going to get into placing a family with a dog in the room above us – so it sounded like we were beneath a running track until nearly midnight.
VERY disappointing to be honest.
