Pros:

Le personnel est très gentil et aux petits soins, le spa, la chambre était très jolie et propre.

Cons:

Le room service n’a pas assez de choix en termes de plats donc on se retrouve très vite limités, c’est assez dommage.

J’ai bien aimé l’hôtel, mais bientôt 2 mois et ma caution n’est toujours pas remboursée
Pros:

J’ai fait un séjour de 2 nuit rentrée le vendredi 24 juillet 2026, et sortie le dimanche 26 juillet 2026 avant le Check out, aujourd’hui nous sommes le 18 septembre 3026 et les 100 euros de caution ne m’ont toujours pas été remboursés.

Nice small hotel
Pros:

Lovely small hotel right in the middle of charming Provins. Parking with free charger for electric car.
Room not too big, but tastefully decorated with big - and that's not very common in French hotels bed. Good bathroom with separate toilet.
I loved the spa. For 19 euros you have a private sauna, steambath and jacuzzi.
Breakfast good with fresh orange juice.

Cons:

Cramped elevator, but that was the only thing.
