Loved our stay and look forward to our return
Pros:

We stayed only one night between panoramic train rides. I wished we were there for a longer. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would have to have tried the spa facility, but we did not have enough time. Our dinner in the Grand restaurant was superb.

Merveilleux hôtel en montagne
Pros:

Tout vraiment tout. Un hôtel super confortable avec de la place. La décoration top. La chambre, un nid douillet. J'ai tout simplement eu un coup de cœur pour le lieu.

Administrative chaos
Cons:

Due to ineptitude the final bill didn’t include dinner or drinks. I waited 30 minutes before departing to let staff organise themselves and get outstanding consumptions billed. The hotel suggested I pay for cocktails and other drinks I never had. I told the checkout staff I recalled the drinks during dinner costing a certain amount and I paid that without there being any invoice in their system.
Upon returning home I was emailed the outstanding dinner, plus the drinks I had already paid, with a claim for drinks I never had.
What a shambles of an administration…
Ridiculous for a 4-star hotel.

Pros:

A big thank you to the entire Cresta Palace crew for taking care of our family and especially our kids.
Wonderful service, attentive and playful but always professional.
We loved it and we will be back soon
