Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal im Restaurant

Cons:

Hatte ein Zimmer für drei Erwachsene gebucht. Es wurde ein miserables drittes Bett in ein kleines Doppelzimmer gestellt. Aufgrund der Verhältnisse in den Bergen hatte ich die Bergtour anpassen müssen und das Zimmer einen Tag früher stornieren. Dass es dafür keine Erstattung gibt war klar. Allerdings sagte mir die Rezeption dreist, dass sie das frei gewordene Zimmer nochmals vergeben können und zweimal kassieren dürften. Das ist reine Profitgier und passt zur Abzockermentalität von Zermatt. Es gibt andere Hotels dort mit einem besseren Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und mehr Flexibilität in der Hochsaison.

The receptionist was really nice, entertaining questions and inquiries via email/messaging - communicable. arrived pretty late, but still allowed us to use the pool for even some minutes which is a very nice relaxing experience after a tiring day. we really appreciate the accommodation. breakfast is great as they can cook something for you upon request.

Cons:

shuttle only runs 08.00 a.m. till 06.00 p.m., but is a short walk from the shuttle/train station especially if you know the shortcut that doesn't need to go through the stairs. Paid extra to get the Matterhorn view, which was all worth it, however, the room is not recommended for tall people as it's slanted due to the roof/gable end which will make it uncomfortable/almost impossible for tall people to take a bath at. a person who is 5'4" would be comfortable taking a bath there without hitting the ceiling

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich gut
Die Mitarbeiterinnen sind alle!!! sehr, sehr nett.
Das Frühstück war richtig gut:
Weich gekochte Eier, Omelette und Spiegeleier stehen zur Auswahl und sind echt lecker.
Auch wenn die Sauna schon etwas älter ist, sie war perfekt und hat mir sehr gut getan.

Ich bin mit der Bahn zum Matterhorn hochgefahren. Das würde ich das nächste Mal anders machen.
Für die Fahrt zum „Trockenen Steg“ musste ich stolze 54 CHF bezahlen.
Stattdessen werde ich das nächste Mal zum „Schwarzsee“ hoch laufen und von da aus wieder zurück. Falls einem das zu viel wäre, könnte man auch von „Furi“ runterfahren. Aber es lohnt sich wirklich, diese Strecke sogar zweimal zu laufen.

眺めは最高、朝食も良かったです。近くの工事のクレーンがなければ言うことはありません。

Cons:

ホテルの出入りが、階段か石畳だったのでスーツケースでは辛かったです。帰りは駅まで送ってもらったので助かりました。

Accueil très sympathique, personnel très gentil et aux petits soins.
Pros:

Buffet du petit déjeuner bien achalandé. Salle à manger avec vue sur le Cervin. Piscine agréable aussi avec vue sur le Cervin. Chambre confortable et terrasse avec magnifique vue sur les montagnes

Excellent service et emplacement avec une grande chambre et un grand balcon avec vue sur le Cervin.
Pros:

Nous avons passé deux nuits très agréables dans une chambre spacieuse avec un grand balcon vue sur le Cervin.
Le buffet du petit déjeuner est bien garni, la cuisine du repas du soir est excellente.

Cons:

Il manque un store ou un parasol sur le balcon pour profiter un max même lorsque le soleil tape fort.
