Pros:

Besonders gefallen hat mir das freundliche Personal. Auch die Lage mit Blick vom Restaurant zum Matterhorn war hervorragend. Außerdem ist die Lage ideal direkt im Zentrum von Zermatt.

距離車站很近 也可搭免費巴士, 溫馨 熱情的工作人員 ，讓住宿的體驗毫無壓力，心情輕鬆愉快，早餐豐盛可口 ，可邊吃邊欣賞馬特洪峰，泳池 和 沖浪水療也可欣賞馬特洪峰。

沒有最不滿意 ，只有check in 時 要扛行李上階梯 ，還好我的行李沒有很重

Very friendly staff and very good room service. The spa is really good too, as well as the breakfast. Amazing views to the Matterhorn!

Cons:

Wi-fi in my room was very poor. Shower door didn’t want to close. Pillow was not very comfortable. Didn’t have an outlet near my bed — that was bad.

Pros:

Tudo muito bem planejado, cama extremamente confortável, vista deslumbrante, fácil acesso pois fica perto de tudo.
A recepção, o translado, as acomodações, a piscina, a sauna seca e a sauna a vapor, a hidromassagem enfim tudo perfeito.
