The hotel is lovely, the rooms are clean and spacious. The location is great. Above all, the service was exceptional. The restaurant was also excellent. The prices in the restaurant are the same as in the area. The spa was also great.

Pros:

Séjour magnifique à Zermatt. Nous avons passé 3 nuits à l'hotel Metropol, situé dans le centre, proche de la gare et facile d'accès. très proche des restaurants et activités. Le personnel est très agréable et très gentil. Chambre avec vue sur le mont cervin avec petit balcon pour profiter du soleil et de la vue. Calme avec lits confortables. grande salle de bain. bon petit déjeuner. Piscine avec Sauna propre et agréable après une journée de randonnée.

Schöner Matterhorn-Blick in der Nähe vom Bahnhof bzw. dem Ortszentrum mit vielen Lokalen und Shops.
Pros:

Der Matterhorn-Blick vom Zimmer war unglaublich schön. Wir konnten von früh morgens bis spät abends die unterschiedlichen Licht- und Wolken-Stimmungen miterleben.
Beim Frühstück werden Eiergerichte frisch zubereitet.
Das Personal generell sehr freundlich.
Bei der Rezeption gibt es Leih-Schirme.
