Top Lage, zweckmässige und saubere Zimmer.
Pros:

Die Lage ist top. Wir hatten ein Zimmer, bei dem man vom Fenster aus den ganzen Bahnhofplatz überblicken konnte. Vor dem Fenster stand ein Tisch mit zwei Sitzgelegenheiten. Die Einrichtung ist älter und etwas abgenutzt, aber das Zimmer war sauber. Bett war bequem.

Uns hat nichts gestört.

It is ok. Budget accommodation for Switzerland.
Pros:

Right by the train station. Everything else was a good average.

Cons:

Price is high but then it is Switzerland.
It is all a bit dated but again you get what you pay for and this is kind of at the cheaper end in Switzerland....

The hotel can be recommended to people who plan to visit Bern, especially by train.
Pros:

The rooms were comfortable as expected. The hotel location is ideal on one hand for people who travel by train, on the other for those who plan to visit old town also in later hours.

Cons:

It happened that there was a problem with hot water in bathrooms. This happens, but unfortunately we were not informed about how long this inconvenience may take. Another point of complaint were strangely located sockets that could not be reached in a normal way (in our room, it may not be general).

Location to catch a train is excellent. The bed & pillows were very comfortable.

The hot water wasn’t super hot.
