Ongeplande stop in Bern na autopech
Pros:

Snel te boeken. Vriendelijk personeel die ons zelfs nog een extra kussen ging halen.

Cons:

Het ontbijt was karig en het brood niet vers. Veel te duur voor hetgeen aangeboden.
Er was geen airco op de kamer en deze was erg warm.

Personal war sehr freundlich

Cons:

Das Zimmer hab keine Klimaanlagen und hatte eine ganz schlechte Ventilventilator gehabt für nächst gebracht.

Great location
Pros:

The location is perfect. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

The room was excruciatingly hot and had no a/c. After asking at reception we were given a ventilator fan. Unfortunately only 2 plug sockets worked in the room, so that we couldn't use the tea/coffee or plug in our devices,or use the standard lamps.

Great location!
Pros:

Great location- right across the street from the train station. There was a festival going on so was a bit loud at night but not too bad.

Cons:

It was really hot. There was a heat wave going on and we were able to keep the windows open but the fans didn’t work very well.
