Siamo stati bene, da ripetere.
Pros:

La posizione con vista eccezionale sulle montagne e la valle. Personale di sala molto gentile e accogliente. La cucina semplice e buona.

Pros:

Der angemessene Preis für das Zimmer. Der Gastgeber und die Gastgeberin. Super nett und perfekter Service. An der Bar gibt es einen leckeren Weißwein (Hauswein) und der Kaffee, in Italien ist das selbstverständlich ein Espresso ☕️), ist ein Gedicht 😋. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hat sehr viele interessante Informationen über den Ort und das Drumherum.
Vielen herzlichen Dank für die Übernachtung und die leckeren Croissant zum Frühstück!
Weiterhin verfügt das Haus über einen Spa mit verschiedenen Saunen und einen Fitnessraum nebst einer Tischtennisplatte.
Die Unterbringung meines Fahrrads war sehr einfach und es hatte ein sicheres Plätzchen für die Nacht.

Terrible experience
Pros:

An absolute disappointment and the worst hotel experience we have ever had

Our stay at Hotel Olisamir was completely disastrous for our family and ruined our holiday.

After breakfast, we went skiing and left an envelope with €550 in our room (placed on the table inside an opaque cover). Upon our return, the envelope was gone. It is clear that the money disappeared during the room cleaning – therefore due to the staff responsible for taking care of guests.

What followed was even worse than the loss itself. When we addressed the situation with the owner, Mr. Arturo, we were met with complete arrogance and unwillingness to help. Instead of trying to resolve the situation, we were told that it was our problem, that we should not have left an envelope with money in the room and that we should have stored it in the safe. The owner even mocked us and ironically suggested that we could “go and resolve it with the Pope.” There was no apology, no empathy, and no attempt to resolve the situation.

We were then forced to deal directly with the cleaning staff, who of course denied everything, but it is clear that the disappearance must have occurred during the room cleaning. The situation remained completely unresolved.

To make matters worse, from the moment we tried to address the issue, the cleaning staff stopped cleaning our room altogether – despite this being a service included in the stay that we had paid for. Not only were we left without our money, but the hotel also stopped fulfilling its basic obligations towards guests. This felt intentional and like a form of “punishment” for raising the issue.

The following day, the situation worsened further – the owner was again rude and even confronted us for communicating with his staff. However, we had no choice, given his absolute unwillingness to address the situation.

The entire stay was marked by stress, frustration, and great disappointment. It is not only about the loss of a significant amount of money, but primarily about the hotel’s attitude – zero responsibility, zero professionalism, and a complete lack of concern for guests.

**Strongly not recommended. This hotel is absolute bottom level.** Staff who cannot be trusted, and an owner who mocks guests – this is a combination you definitely do not want to experience.

Hotel con spa,perfetta dopo una giornata sugli sci, dista 4 Min in macchina dagli impianti di santel e volendo c'è lo skibus per Andalo di fronte al parcheggio!! Servizio mezza pensione molto onesto, colazione buona cena anche!!! Perfetto per famiglie
