Pros:

Os funcionários da recepção são todos muito simpáticos e solícitos. Os quartos são limpos, a cama é confortável, chuveiro fácil de usar e a água é bem quente. A localização é perfeita, o prédio é antigo mas tem elevador. O hotel é muito perto de pontos de tram, do metrô e de muitos restaurantes e cafés bons.

La habitación al ingresar tiene un escalón y un escalón para el baño, es rara la distribución pero para pasar tres días sirve tiene todo lo básico y secador de pelo en el baño, aire acondicionado. El desayuno en nuestro coso no estaba incluido así q desayunamos en los bares de al rededor, pero en el hotel te informan q en frente tiene un bar que les hace descuento a los clientes del hotel (medio acotada la carta del bar).

Cons:

Het stinkt in de kamer: er wordt of een insectenspray gebruikt of het is een andere chemische lucht die lucht in de kamer niet te harden maakt. Alleen met de balkondeuren open is het na een uur wat te doen, maar dan hoor je wel de tram heel duidelijk. Dus oordoppen absoluut nodig. Doucheruimte heeft rioollucht. Verder is de kamer zeer spaarzaam ingericht: eigenlijk alleen een tweepersoonsbed, dus nodigt niet uit om even privé bij te komen (als je al in de lucht wilt zitten). Geen ontbijt.

Excelente ubicación y entorno, pero la comodidad, insonorización y atención a nuestras peticiones fueron bastante mejora
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, en una zona muy agradable y con muchas cafeterías y opciones alrededor. También nos gustó el tamaño del hotel: al no ser excesivamente grande, resulta más tranquilo, acogedor y cómodo. En general, la situación y el entorno son, sin duda, uno de sus puntos fuertes.

Cons:

La comodidad de la cama individual de la habitación triple era bastante mejorable. El colchón era de muelles y se notaban claramente, resultando muy incómodo. Solicitamos un cambio de colchón, pero hicieron caso omiso de nuestra petición.

La insonorización también es deficiente: se escucha bastante el paso del tranvía, así como los ruidos procedentes de otras habitaciones. El baño es muy pequeño e incómodo y, además, llegaban desagradables olores procedentes de las cañerías.

Por último, nos pareció poco flexible que el late check-out, aun siendo de pago, solo permitiera prolongar la estancia dos horas.

En general, varios aspectos relacionados con el confort y el servicio deberían mejorar, especialmente teniendo en cuenta la categoría y el precio del hotel.

Fijne locatie, hotel met mogelijkheden, maar wat verouderde kamers.
Pros:

Locatie en personeel, waren top, je bent er zo met de metro vanaf Linata.
Ook brengt te tram voor de deur je naar het centrum. Tis zeker een mooi gebouw.

Cons:

Het meubilair en de badkamer waren vrij simpel, wat geen probleem is, maar het voelde wat veroudert. Ik heb al lang niet meer gehad, dat je de douchekop niet kan ophangen zodat je eronder kan staan. Hier valt zeker nog wist te behalen.

I was fine with the hotel being outside of the city center but the basic furnishings while functional were minimal and not worth the price. This is also the case since there wasn’t even an option to use kitchen facilities as I was told it’s used for staff
