Die Lage und das Ambiente ist ganz großartig. Das Personal ist super lieb und nett. Klar, das Hotel ist sehr alt… Aber man hat alles was es braucht für einen guten Aufenthalt.

Pros:

First of all, the hotel was amazing in terms of price/performance. The reception staff were wonderful. Even though our room was not ready, they allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel without charging any extra fee. As soon as the room became available, they checked us in immediately without making us wait.

The room was clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Since the hotel is located in a historic area, the building is old, but you are staying right in the center and surrounded by history, so do not expect luxury. The bathrooms were very clean, and our room was cleaned every day.

The breakfast was sufficient, and it was especially thoughtful of them to provide non-pork salami for my meal. I really appreciated their consideration.

I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel — you will not regret it. Just keep in mind that this is not a luxury hotel. If you are looking for luxury accommodations, you would probably need to stay outside the city center.

Pros:

Loved our room on the third floor, #16, with high peaked ceilings and exposed beams and rafters.. The restaurant in the gothic vault was very nice. We had a nice dinner of goulash with potato pancakes and bread dumplings. Excellent breakfast.

Cons:

The room was very warm. Stairs from second to third floor are difficult to negotiate with luggage.

Ich halte den Aufenthalt für empfehlenswert, weise allerdingss auf die Verbesserung des Bads hin

Das Essen im Restaurant ist sehr gut.
Zum Frühstück wäre Fisch eine Verbesserug
Das Bad hat mir nicht gedallen. Die Sturzgefahr in der Badewanne ist hoch, desweegen habe ich mich nicht geduscht.
Die Duschen sollten keine Stufen haben
