We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Capizzo and couldn't recommend it more. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the beach and the Poseidon Thermal Gardens, making it the perfect base for exploring Ischia.
What truly made our stay unforgettable was the staff. We have travelled a lot, but we have honestly never met such kind, warm, and genuinely caring people. Every member of the team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and their hospitality exceeded all of our expectations.
The food was simply brilliant, every meal was delicious, fresh, and beautifully prepared. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and will definitely be back.

Bellissimo soggiorno

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per due notti e tre giorni ed è stata un’ottima scelta. La prima cosa che colpisce è il panorama: una vista meravigliosa che lascia davvero senza parole e che rende il soggiorno ancora più speciale.
Abbiamo trovato una struttura curatissima, con una pulizia eccellente: si percepisce l’attenzione ai dettagli e la cura degli ambienti.
Ma ciò che ha reso la nostra esperienza davvero unica è stata l’accoglienza del direttore. La sua gentilezza, disponibilità e attenzione verso gli ospiti sono state qualcosa di raro da trovare. Ci ha fatto sentire accolti e coccolati fin dal primo momento.
Un gesto che abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente è stato quello di permetterci, il giorno della partenza, di poter usufruire ancora della piscina e di averci messo a disposizione degli asciugamani per poterci sistemare prima del viaggio di ritorno.
Sono proprio questi piccoli grandi gesti che fanno la differenza. È un luogo in cui torneremmo molto volentieri e che consigliamo a chi cerca non solo una bella struttura, ma anche calore umano e attenzione verso il cliente
L’unica nota che ci sentiamo di segnalare riguarda l’assenza di un servizio navetta. Anche se la struttura dista poco dal mare, nei periodi più caldi, con temperature che arrivano facilmente ai 34 gradi, il percorso può risultare faticoso, soprattutto nelle ore più calde della giornata.
Inoltre, avere a disposizione un collegamento con il centro sarebbe sicuramente un valore aggiunto, considerando che i bus dell’isola spesso sono molto affollati e i tempi di attesa possono essere lunghi.
È un piccolo aspetto organizzativo che, se migliorato, renderebbe il soggiorno ancora più comodo e completo, perché per il resto la nostra esperienza è stata davvero molto positiva

Amazing view, great pool area
Pros:

The pool area was a big plus with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas.
The location: only 10min walk from the beach.
The view from the rooms is stunning.
Lovely staff.

Cons:

The rooms are not particularly spacious but we managed with 2 adults and 1 child.

Líbila se nám poloha hotelu. Hotel stojí v kopci nad mořem, z pokojů jsme měli krásný výhled do zátoky, zahrady a na bazén. Moře a pláže jsou v docházkové vzdálenosti, do 10 minut jste na pláži. Zpět na hotel musíte počítat s poměrně příkrým kopcem, případně můžete využít autobus, který zastavuje prakticky u hotelu a jezdí docela často.
Kousek od hotelu jsou autobusové zastávky, objeli jsme tak kolem dokola celý ostrov.
Personál byl příjemný a nápomocný, pokoje, bazén i veškeré zázemí čisté. Bazén (i zahrada kolem něj) je skvělý, moc příjemné osvěžení, či alternativa k moři.

Cons:

V bezprostředním okolí hotelu není nic, co by stálo za návštěvu či procházku. Pokud večer chcete trochu středomořské atmosféry, musíte sejít dolů k moři (cca 10 min), či do městečka Forio (busem, či pěšky při moři cca 30 min).

Beautiful location.
Pros:

Loved the pool area. The view is amazing. Location fantastic right by the beach and can get to town easily. The air con was fab and spacious room. Nice powerful shower.

Cons:

Some of the staff could have been friendlier. But most were really helpful and smiley. The men on reception were lovely but some of restaurant staff not as welcoming.
