Genial trato y ubicación.
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente. Muy céntrico. Puedes ir andando prácticamente a todo. También esta cerca del tren, estación Sta María Novella. Y está al lado de las tiendas caras. Muy limpio. Muy amables. Todos días nos ponían una botella de agua.

Cons:

No hay ascensor pero se ofrecen y ayudan con las maletas.

Excelente ubicación y calidad-precio en Florencia.
Pros:

1) La ubicación: excelente ubicación céntrica en Florencia y muy cerca de la estación de tren de San María Novella, lo que facilita las excursiones desde Florencia.

2) La calle del hotel es tranquila y segura.

3) El personal del hotel es muy amable y atento. Se agradeció el agua de cortesía en plena ola de calor.

4) El aire acondicionado y la nevera de la habitación funciona perfectamente.

5) La habitación es limpia, amplia y parece renovada hace poco.

Cons:

1) El acceso al hotel está marcado por la presencia de escaleras sin ascensor. Esto puede ser relevante para personas con movilidad reducida. Sin embargo, el personal se mostró en todo momento dispuesto a ayudarnos a subir y bajar el equipaje, lo cual se agradece.

Buen hotel precio vs beneficio, ubicación excelente!
Pros:

La propiedad tiene una excelente ubicación! El cuarto muy limpio y el personal super amable, incluso nos cuidaron nuestras maletas sin costo extra el día del check-out y volvimos por ellas en la noche.

Cons:

El cuarto era demasiado pequeño para 4 personas, no había lugar para poner las maletas.

Albergo intimo e confortevole
Pros:

Albergo in pieno centro, ottimo per muoversi e visitare la città a piedi. Dista soli 10 minuti a piedi dalla Stazione S.Maria Novella. Accogliente, pulito personale gentilissimo e disponibile a qualsiasi esigenza. Anche la mia stanza singola pur essendo piccola era confortevole.
Si trova al 3 piano senza ascensore.

Family agreed we would stay here again!
Pros:

Owner/Reception was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Florence is so charming and approachable by foot. We walked everywhere from the hotel with ease. If you are dragging luggage, the streets and sidewalks can be a touch tricky but nothing terrible. Building/Location/Room was awesome.

Cons:

Like a lot of the places in Italy, you can almost walk right by it without knowing it. The hotel was tucked into a back street, almost an alleyway. Not a negative by any means.

Comfortable and great location
Pros:

Location was great and staff were friendly and helpful

Room was way too small for 2 people. We could not even open our suitcases on the floor.
