Nous avons apprécié notre séjour au sein de cet établissement très accessible aux familles avec plusieurs enfants. Cependant nous avons eu quelques problèmes avec le réseau d’eau, la douche fut compliquée en soirée .

Beautiful beachfront resort with dreamy (crystal-clear)beach, perfect for families with children, with the kindest hotel staff who go above an beyond (from the reception to the restaurants). Great restaurant on site - possibility to have half-board (breakfast and dinner) and for me highlight was the SPA which offers different treatments - all reasonably priced (Francesca, you are the best!). I am excited to see how this resort will evolve in the future- there is still so much potential (definitely some
rennovation needed in the rooms) including some renovation in the kitchens. Neverthless, it is a perfect spot to have a relaxing family holidays and explore Costa Smeralda. Highly recommended.

The location is nice - front line of the beach. The sea and nature itself make your stay very relaxed. The sun beds are free of charge on the territory of the hotel, which is very handy. During the day the staff is proposing free watermelon, which feels very refreshing during the heat on the beach.

However, for the hotel, be minded that general service is very poor, personnel don’t know how to behave and assist the guests.

While check in the hotel , the receptionist didn’t provide exhausted information about the facilities - we heard about it only by coincidence while waiting the line on the last day.

The option for beach towel change is a virtual feature, rather than a reality. In fact you are using the same towels for several days, because they are not enough for everybody and they are gone very fast.

Parking at the hotel is not organized at all. You’re charged for the parking per day, however there might be not enough space to put your car without damaging it. The parking space is used as a storage by the personnel and doesn’t look tidy and reliable. You may be lucky to have a spot if somebody left from the space. So you are changing each day with smbd.
The manager allowed himself to yell at the guests in front of all the hotel, and threat to call the police for the car blockage. After the incident was resolved, no excuses followed. As the guests we were blamed because the hotel didn’t provide the facility for the services we paid.
The quality of the rooms requires renovation urgently. In our room lights in the room and the shower didn’t work. The shower was broken.

This is not the level of 4star hotel, but maximum two star for bed and breakfast level hotel. This is how the hotel mentions itself on the invoices - so indeed this is true. The stars are just for decoration.

We recently stayed at Hotel Baia Caddinas in Golfo Aranci, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish.
We booked the MARE KING suite, which was fantastic — spacious, immaculately clean, and genuinely a pleasure to come back to every day.
Breakfast was excellent, with great quality and variety. We opted for half board, and dinner was equally impressive. We were consistently served by Paola, whose warmth and efficiency were truly outstanding — but honestly, every member of staff, in the restaurant and beyond, was kind and attentive.
The hotel's location couldn't be better — a perfect base for exploring the beaches in the area. It's an ideal choice both for families and for couples looking for a relaxing getaway.
All in all, a wonderful stay, and we're already looking forward to coming back. I'd recommend it without hesitation to anyone looking for a beach holiday in Sardinia.

Up until our last evening, we had a pleasant stay, which was mainly thanks to the wonderful waitress Luana who served us the previous nights. She anticipated our every need and was extremely attentive and sweet towards our 8-month-old baby.
However, the final evening turned into the worst restaurant experience we have ever encountered.
After a change of waiters, we were assigned to Samuel, and everything went downhill. Long waiting times and a noticeable lack of interest. Since the baby puree had been prepared without any issues the night before, we requested it again. Waiter Samuel approached our table without even saying hello and immediately stated aggressively that he could not make any puree. When we pointed out that it was possible yesterday, he just turned around and walked away, claiming he would check.
After a long wait with an understandably fussy baby, a plate arrived containing salted mashed potatoes and a grilled chicken cutlet – completely unsuitable for an 8-month-old with only two teeth. Another waitress, Sarah, tried to help, but had to explain the issue to Samuel. We could literally watch Samuel making a theatrical, visibly annoyed scene about our complaint. After waiting another 10 minutes, a plate with a whole grilled cutlet and potato chunks arrived – once again, impossible for a baby to eat.
When I offered a third waitress to briefly speak to the chef myself just to clear up the misunderstanding, I was rudely intercepted by the head waiter, Michael, who lectured me about hygiene. No apology, no explanation. By the time the correct puree finally arrived after endless minutes, our baby was completely overtired and crying.
The absolute peak of insolence was head waiter Michael's reaction when we mentioned a gesture of goodwill: "What do you want, you got the food after all." We have never experienced such a lack of empathy and sheer rudeness towards guests with infants.
The only person who deserves praise is the waitress Sarah: She was the only one who had the courage to come over at the end and sincerely apologize for her colleagues' behavior.
Conclusion: The service here completely depends on the individual staff members. Because of Samuel and the head waiter Michael, we will never step foot in this hotel again and absolutely cannot recommend it to families with babies!

Beach was excellent, sand was soft, the green area with trees and grass was super fresh for a baby 1 year 🥰 during the hot hours. Room super comfortable & clean. Staff super friendly.

Wir haben unseres Zimmer im Haupthaus, das Zimmer war sehr groß, sauber, mir einem Blick auf das Meer.
Die Pools waren sehr schön.
Die Liegen könnte man wählen, mit einem Blick auf das Meer.
Der Frühstück war auch sehr gut, frisches Obst, Säfte, Brot, Wurst, Käse, Eier usw.

Personnel très agréable, a tous fais pour que notre séjour soit parfait.
