Ontbijt was oke, personeel daar was goed, meisje aan de poolbar ook!

Cons:

Kamer niet op tijd klaar. Niet schoon. Doucheslang lek en douchekop los, houder afgebroken. Hele vloer badkamer nat vanwege lekke slang..
Voordeur klemde waardoor je hem hard dicht moest slaan. Blijkbaar ook bij andere deuren, werd vaak wakker van andere deuren s'nachts.
Veel te jong personeel aan de balie, geen ervaring en geen talenkennis, alleen Spaans...

Buffet convenable, hotel bien situé

Cons:

Absence de couverture uniquement un drap pour un mois de mai c est plus que limite, zéro ménage malgré plusieurs demandes, pas de snack en journée alors qu il était prévu en all inclusive.
