Please note that the beach is located downhill, 800 metres away from the property.

Guests booking Non-Refundable Rates should inform Hotel Belavista Da Luz of their invoicing details (Name, Address and VAT number) at the time of booking.

Half Board includes a 3 course meal (starter, main course and dessert). Only waters included. All the other drinks are not included.

Please note that children up to 11 years old will be charged EUR 17,25 per night for the half board. This supplement is paid directly to the property.

Please note that a safety deposit box is available at a surcharge of EUR 5 per week.

Please note that reservations of more than 10 rooms are subject to different policies

Lovely and comfortable. Relaxing and very restful.
Pros:

The pool was great. Very refreshing water and lovely to swim in.
Room was good and comfortable bed.
Great bathroom, bidet and shower with quality show gel and hair conditioner was good to have supplied.
Lovely balcony with beautiful view.
Lots of different chairs and sun loungers.
Great air conditioning.
Great black out curtains aloud me to wake up naturally.
Robe in room was lovely to relax in.
Good breakfast. Lots to choose from and seating outside.
Lovely massage and spa.
Friendly attentive staff in restaurant.

Cons:

No milk for tea and coffee in room.
Tea bags only. Coffee machine was difficult to work out how it worked.
Fridge was there but I didn't want to go to the shop to buy when I first go there.
Fridge was full of water on the shelf.
Only one bottle of water supplied.
Room cleaner came to clean about 16.00 on my last day.
I was in the room so didn't want to be disturbed as I was relaxing in the room
Cleaned earlier on the other days.

Cons:

We kwam aankom 22:30 en het was niet mogelijk om iets van eten of drinken te krijgen. Alleen de fles water op de kamer was er, verder niets. Best treurig als je de duurste kamer hebt besteld. De receptionist was een robot.

I really loved the pool area and I felt comfortable and safe
Pros:

The pool area was amazing and the beds and sun beds were comfy. Very clean and beautiful scenery

Cons:

The location is a little out of the center but still only under a 10 minute walk.
Some of it could do with updating

Loved the area… a few staff members friendly others sour
Pros:

The hotel is small and clean

Cons:

The breakfast buffet is small… small things disappointing such as water should be left in rooms every day , glasses replaced not just washed out with hand soap by cleaners!

Nice room and spa, but overall not a 4* hotel
Pros:

Mostly my room and spa. We had a lovely ocean view room with sun loungers so could sunbathe from the comfort of the terrace. Rituals toiletries, comfortable beds with the choice of pillows, spacious room and enough wardrobe storage made my stay very pleasant.

Cons:

The breakfast was very disappointing, the variety and quality was very poor, all very basic and far below expectation from a 4* hotel. Staff was trying to be helpful but overall service was subpar - starting from a wobbly toilet seat in the bathroom when we arrived and moody air con and tv in the room that in the end broke down.
