Ein schönes, ruhiges Hotel, ideal um von dort die Umgebung zu erkunden
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in Luz, das ist ein etwas ruhigerer Ort an der Algarve, etwas 10 Minuten mit dem Auto von Lagos entfernt. Das Hotel liegt zentral, etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt, auf dem Weg dorthin befinden sich zwei Supermärkte. Der Strandabschnitt ist eher klein, aber dafür nicht so überlaufen wie die anderen Orte der Algarve. Das Hotel verfügt über zwei Pools, das Wasser war trotz hoher Außentemperaturen (um die 26 Grad) aber relativ kalt. Den Wellnessbereich und den Innenpool haben wir nicht genutzt. Die Zimmer sind groß, mit Kühlschrank, und vom ersten und zweiten Stock hat man ein schönen Blick aufs Meer. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist sehr gut und ausreichend. Wir waren mit dem Mietauto dort, deshalb ist der Parkplatz vor dem Haus ideal.

Cons:

Das Hotel und der Ort Luz an sich sind sehr windanfällig, das führte dazu, dass es gerade am Abend im Schatten recht frisch wurde, auch auf den Balkonen, und das trotz durchaus warmen Temperaturen (26 Grad) über Tag. Auch war, wie gesagt, dass Wasser vom Pool zum zu kalt.

Pros:

Ottima esperienza. L'hotel si trova in una zona tranquilla, vicino alla spiaggia, ai ristoranti e ai negozi. Belle le piscine esterne e la spa interna; abbiamo fatto dei massaggi e facciamo i complimenti alle ragazze per la loro professionalità. Colazione di ottima qualità, anche se sarebbe gradita la presenza di yogurt senza lattosio. Personale sempre disponibile e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo con parcheggio gratuito interno.

Cons:

La spa è molto bella e nuova, ma non abbiamo apprezzato la possibilità di accesso ai bambini nella piscina interna. Comprensibilmente i bambini giocano e fanno rumore, mentre una spa dovrebbe essere un ambiente dedicato al relax. Inoltre, abbiamo notato che anche alcuni adulti non sempre rispettano il silenzio, probabilmente sarebbero utili maggiori controlli o regole più chiare per garantire un'atmosfera tranquilla. Con questi piccoli accorgimenti l'esperienza sarebbe davvero perfetta.

A simpatia dos funcionários Rui e Mário. Excelentes funcionários, sempre prestativos e atenciosos. O que realmente nos fez ficar no hotel. Comida muito boa também.

I liked the location,near the shops,restaurants, beach
Free pool towels,room safe no additional charge and bath robes in the room.
Specias rooms and newly refurbished bathroom with Rytuals products.Good size fridge in the room,spotless clean everywhere.
The staff at the reception was absolutely amazing!very friendly and helpful,thank you!

Cons:

Half board wasn't specified, expected to be a buffet but it was set menu,with not much choice, drinks are not included. Spa opening hours could be extended, specially the gym.
Jacuzzi was not working for a long time now(seen reviews from last February mentioned about it).
Some of the staff members weren't even aware of that fact.

Pros:

Olimme viikon verran, erittäin siisti hotelli. Aamupala riittävä ja hyvä. Kerran päivässä sai ilmaiset uimapyyhkeet mitä sai viedä mm. rannalle, siitä erittäin iso bonus 👍🏼 Aurinkotuoleja oli joka kerta, eikä tarvinnut erikseen varata! Parkkipaikkoja löytyi joka kerta, tarv. voi jättää ilmaiseksi ulkopuolelle. Hotelli rauhallisella alueella, kivat lenkkeilymahdollisuudet!

Cons:

Uima-allas meni tyhjennykseen puolessavälissä lomaa, ei päästy uimaan uusiksi. Mikä ei toki haitannut, olihan siellä pienempi allas + oltiin paljon merellä!😊

Pros:

Hübsche Zimmer, schöner Pool, gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Extrem hellhörige Zimmer. Erst in Zimmer 03 total lautes Geräusch der Lüftung, die unter dem Balkon ist. Dann Raumwechsel, aber auch dann Aufwachen, weil Leute in der Nacht geweckt werden (Flughafenshuttle?) oder weil die Nachbarn erst spät eintrudeln und noch in Stimmung sind. Man versteht und hört alles durch die Wände.
