Pros:

Excellent location on corner of square with small park. This also plays host to local festivities in June, which are great fun.
Not too far to walk into town.
Airy rooms and helpful staff.
Communication from hotel really informative and useful, including a WhatsApp chat.

Beautiful boutique hotel on a wonderful square out of the busy Main Lisbon area but short walk to everything. Highly recommend

Cons:

Nothing bad about the property at all but avoid booking during June festival as park is very noisy till around midnight with festivals. If that’s what you are coming for this is a perfect spot for that time. If not you will get extra noise and smell of roasting sardines.

Cons:

The location is fine. A small place near baxia and chiado areas. The breakfast was fine with lot of choices. The kindness of the team.

Cons:

Some music and noise until midnight due to a local célébration on the place in front of the hotel. But that's the calendar...
