Localização e atendimento da recepção.

Cons:

A reserva constava o ar-condicionado mas não pude usar, mesmo estando calor no dia da hospedagem. A recepcionista comunicou que em determinado período do ano eles não disponibilizam/ligam o aparelho. Ou seja, você paga por algo e não pode usar. Emprestaram um ventilador. No dia em que me hospedei o elevador não estava funcionando. Não foi o meu caso, mas pessoas com mobilidade reduzida podem ter uma surpresa.

Great weekend trip to one of the most beautiful places in Europe
Pros:

Perfect location in very heart of the town. Just be prepared to carry your luggage from a distant parking lot, as the hotel is inside the pedestrian zone.

Cons:

Windows in the room did not secure enough of acoustic comfort, therefore till the late night hours and since the very early morning we were disturbed and several times woken up by the street noise.
When you expect a fridge in the room, make sure you book a higher standard one!

Frühstück war gut. Zimmer klein aber Ok.

Es war von draußen ein wenig laut. Bettbezug schmutzig.

Tolle Lage, wunderbares historisches Gebäude.
Schöne, funktionale Zimmer mit bequemen Betten und geräumigem Bad.
Sehr freundliches Personal.v.a. am Empfang.

Cons:

Frühstücksbuffet bereits vor 9.00. Uhr leer geräumt. Es wurde nur vereinzelt nachgefüllt.
Zimmer zum Gang hin schlecht schallisoliert. Man hörte alle Geräusche vom Gang, insbesondere die laut schliessenden Zimmertüren.

Sehr moderne und gepflegte Unterkunft im Herzen der Stadt. Super freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Betten zu weich.
Parkplatz selbst suchen und zahlen ist deutlich günstiger als der Hotelparkplatz welcher auch relativ weit entfernt ist.

唯一最大の広場に面していて立地が最高！ご飯も美味しい。設備は新しめで基本綺麗、スタッフの皆さん(接客してくれたのはFさんお二人)も親切丁寧。

送迎バスもある模様。
※バスターミナルからクルムロフ中心部までの道はかなりの石畳なので、スーツケースの方々は少し覚悟が必要
