Prettig verblijf
Pros:

De locatie is geweldig; direct aan de wandelroutes gelegen. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid en het personeel super vriendelijk. De sfeer is relaxed.

Cons:

Het hotel is zeker outdated, maar wij vonden het niet vervelend omdat sfeervol en proper was.

Prachtige regio om te wandelen en ideale uitvalsbasis, maar wij keren niet terug naar dit hotel

Het was een goed bed en hotel heeft ideale locatie want veel wandelingen starten van daaruit.

Cons:

We hadden een standaardkamer, onze minibar werkte niet. Op zich was dat nog niet zo erg. Maar onze douche en kraan werkten ook niet. We hadden dus geen lopend water omdat er geen druk op zat. Het ergste was dat ze daarvan wisten en dan toch de kamer verhuren en aan vol tarief. We hebben 430 euro betaald voor 3 nachten. En dan ook nadien geen refund of korting toekennen is pure diefstal in mijn ogen.

Locatie en kamer(grote balkon) waren heerlijk

Cons:

Ontbijt was 2e ochtend slecht. Terras/bar viel enorm tegen, wisten ook niet zo goed waar wel of waar niet zitten.

De ligging was ideaal. Aan de rand van Echternach en een bushalte voor de deur.
De kamers zijn ruim met een balkon.

Cons:

De douche viel tegen. 's Mirgens was er vaak maar een klein straaltje, soms was er geen water en af en toe werd het erg heet.
Soms geen WiFi.

Availability of water kettle&fridge in the room, free parking, welcome drink on terrace, sauna free of charge.
bus stop with connection to Müllerthal directly in front of hotel.

Cons:

Price for breakfast way too high (if you are not using the total offer of champagne and salmon), even no option for cappuccino with vegan milk alternatives. Buffet with warm options not very diverse, not many vegetarian options.
Dog in next door neighbours room was barking all the time when I entered or moved in my room (probably when owners where not there).
Sauna closing at 8 pm on Sundays too early to really make use of it after a long hiking day.

Pros:

Vriendelijk onthaal, ruime parking, mooie nette kamer, goed ontbijt en avondeten. Prima gelegen om lange wandelingen te maken, vlakbij Echternach.

Het eten was lekker en.mooi gepresenteerd.
Vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

De wellnes viel tegen. Het zwembad is geen zwembad meer, op hun website staat idd geen zwembad meer op maar op de foto's van booking wel. De hammam was buiten gebruik, volgens het blad op de hammam maar 1 dag maar dat 3 dagen lang.. Er zat te weinig druk op het water zodat er bijna geen water uit de douche kwam.

Veel keuze bij ontbijt. Diner heel lekker, altijd keuze tussen vis en vlees. Vriendelijk personeel.

Het hotel ligt vlak aan een bushalte, vlakbij route 2 van de Mullerthal trail. Heel erg handig! Het personeel was heel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Cons:

De kwaliteit van de matras en het hoofdkussen zouden wel beter kunnen.

Pros:

L'emplacement et le cadre. Au niveau du style de l'établissement, il est comme, figé dans le temps. Ça lui confère un certain charme. Le personnel est très gentils mais pas discret dans leurs discussions privés qui ne regarde pas les clients.
Le repas au restaurant étaient très bien et le petit déjeuner très complet. Il manquait juste de l'eau mais je l'ai peut-être loupé...

Cons:

Les femmes de charge qui parlent fort dans les couloirs! Le matin. Et qui bloque l'ascenseur.
Les installations qui sont hors d'usage (hammam, certaines machines de la salle de sport).
L'eau chaude qui met une heure à venir( 3 ème étage) et pas de grande pression. Mais bon l'hôtel est âgé.. Ça fait parti du charme😊

Appréciation personnelle, le restaurant de l'hôtel nous semblait cher pour les quantites servies. Très bon mais trop limité, et on avait toujours faim à la sortie. Le lendemain, nous avons donc opté pour un restaurant à Eternach bien plus copieux (et aussi bon!) pour le même budget. Mais c'est personnel, d'autres trouveront ces mini plats à leur goût...

Het hotel wordt aangegeven als een wellness hotel, dit is geen welness hotel.
Pros:

Het ontbijt en de ontvangst waren erg goed. Een ietwat oudbollig interieur maar een fantastisch bed.

Cons:

We hadden een wellness hotel verwacht maar dit bleek niet zo te zijn. Er was geen zwembad of bubbelbad aanwezig enkel een sauna. de Haman was gedurende ons gehele verblijf buiten dienst. Blijkbaar al enkele maanden.
Dit noemen we geen wellness hotel.
