Exceptional hotel, exceptional people and one of the best hospitality experiences we have had.

Absolutely exceptional from start to finish. Beautiful hotel with so much character, an unbeatable location in the heart of Vilnius Old Town, lovely rooms and an outstanding breakfast, but what really makes Stikliai special is the service. Every member of staff was warm, professional and genuinely attentive. The gentleman who welcomed us, helped with our luggage and looked after us throughout the stay was particularly incredible at his job and made us feel genuinely looked after rather than simply checked into a hotel. It is rare to come across hospitality this personal and effortless. Easily one of the best hotel experiences we have had and somewhere we would return to without hesitation.

Cons:

Genuinely nothing. We could not fault the stay.

Soggiorno piacevole in un hotel situato nel pieno centro storico.

Colazione ottima, di standard internazionale.
La posizione dell'hotel è eccellente, nel centro storico d Vilnius.
Il personale gentilissimo. A Vilnius il sistema di parcheggio è incomprensibile se non si conosca bene la città e costa una fortuna. Il personale è stato molto gentile nello spiegate come fare e dove parcheggiare e come prenotare il parcheggio.

Cons:

La stanza era un sottotetto, con un tetto molto spiovente. Non proprio comodissima.

La 2eme chambre pleine de charme et calme, le petit déjeuner très varié avec de bons produits, le personnel a l’écoute

Modern vacation in the middle of old time settings.
Pros:

It was situated in a historical building in the middle of Old Town. Everything for sightseeing and traditional dinning was at walking distance. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Lovely hotel with an excellent manager!
Pros:

Stunning decor and the rooms are attractive. The linens are exceptional so sleep quality is excellent. The location is perfect for exploring Old Town Vilnius.
