Een erg mooi hotel met oog voor detail, waar het personeel erg vriendelijk zit met een top locatie.
Pros:

Het hotel is prachtig door de authentieke uitstraling en oog voor detail. De locatie is perfect, je stapt vanuit het hotel midden in het oude centrum van Vilnius. Ontbijt ontzettend goed en het personeel is erg vriendelijk.

Cons:

Op onze kamer was er alleen een bad waar je de docuhekop moest vasthouden. Passend bij de oude stijl van het hotel maar niet heel praktisch.

Hotel bonito, personal amable.
Piscina y sauna privada (con reserva previa), pero hay que tener cuidado al bajar las escaleras.
Desayuno correcto, sin zumo de naranja natural.

Cons:

*Fuimos al hotel porque llovía y a descansar. El Hotel Stikliai celebraba una fiesta en el hall al que dan las habitaciones con la música a todo volumen, invitados borrachos dando gritos y niños corriendo por el hotel.
Como no se podía descansar, leer, ver la TV o cualquier otra cosa, nos fuimos a una zona del hotel más tranquila. Allí había más clientes por el mismo motivo. Llegaron unas animadoras. Unos clientes les llamaron la atención y su respuesta fue que las habían contratado para entretener a los niños, pusieron música muy alta y empezaron a hacer pompas, llenando el patio de agua y jabón. Nos fuimos todos los huéspedes. Fuimos al restaurante del hotel, pero también se oía la música muy alta. Así que, a pesar de la lluvia, nos fuimos a pasear y a cenar a otro sitio.
Cualquier hotel, pensión o apartamento turístico, sin importar su categoría, habría llamado a la policía. Es vergonzoso que un hotel de la cadena Relais & Châteaux organice eventos que solo se ven en albergues de mala muerte.
Como el hotel se limitará a responder a esta crítica con la típica disculpa y que lo comunicarán al departamento correspondiente (seguramente generada por inteligencia artificial), pero la realidad es que no van a hacer nada, mi consejo es que se alojen en otro lugar. Hay muchos hoteles y apartamentos turísticos en la zona y, si buscan un hotel de 5 estrellas, el “Pacai” y el “Radisson Collection Astorija” están a 5 minutos andando.

*Aire acondicionado/calefacción viejo, ruidoso, no calienta ni poniéndolo a 30º. Ningún detalle de bienvenida. Toallas muy finas y de mala calidad. No reponen el agua si no está vacía la botella-la del minibar es de pago-. Aunque se puede beber agua del grifo, de un hotel de 5 estrellas se espera que, al menos, te repongan la botella de agua cada día. Armario viejo, puertas correderas que se atascan. Escaleras con tramos peligrosos. Sin zumo de naranja natural. No merece 5 estrellas ni de lejos.

Location is spectacular. Walking to everywhere. Room was very good. Staff was good.
