Cosy, tidy and best place to stay in Vilnius!
Pros:

Very cosy rooms and all the environment inside the hotel. It was so tidy and fresh! Splendid breakfast and the personel professional and friendly. Special thanks to Andrius in the reception, who was very attentive and openminded, gave us very valuable advices. We enjoyed a lot pool/sauna area a lot - it was private space, cosy and nicely equipped.

Central & quiet location, luxurious decor
Pros:

Excellent location, good room size (I had selected one of the bigger rooms), good housekeeping, luxurious decor (although too heavy for my taste), got a kettle in the room when I asked for it. Quiet location although it is very central.

Cons:

The safe is small and cannot fit a laptop. I would have liked bigger windows. I was not given the room I booked based on photos on Booking. The room decoration and furniture was too heavy and not practical.

Wonderful Hotel, Truly outstanding staff
Pros:

Fantastic hotel with unique and spacious rooms. We stayed with our dog and were delighted that dog bowls were thoughtfully provided without us even needing to ask.
The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and attentive throughout our stay - from the porter who kindly assisted with our luggage to the reception team, especially Andrius, who made us feel welcome.
The breakfast menu was excellent, and the Eggs Benedict were a particular highlight. Housekeeping was also outstanding - the room was spotless, with not a single dust or water spot in sight.
Overall, it was an exceptional experience, and we would gladly stay again.

Extraordinary.
If you look for bling bling and ostentation, then this is probably not the best pick.
But if for you, attention and thoughtfulness come with discretion, refinement and efficiency, then look nowhere else.
Add great staff, best location in town, outstanding bedding and room equipment, in an historic building, and you get something truly unique.
This is excellence in hospitality.
