Beautiful location and layout of resort but still overpriced for with none of the privacy wanted.
Pros:

Comfortable room and facilities were pleasant. The available activities and sections for children were beyond expectations and property was expansive enough to find several things to do.

Cons:

Value for the entire stay. For the price paid, I'd expect better service and available staff to facilitate check-in and parking. There is no easy way to get access to a vehicle upon check-in or arrival at various times. I self-parked, did priority check-in and waited with my luggage and family for 20 minutes for a cart (other vehicles were waiting to park and get shuttled back to the hotel reception) so we walked down the long driveway ourselves. Insane that priority check-in offered no benefit at all, given the property is very spread and mixed with public access parking and beaches. For the price of the stay, the all-inclusive options should be more clear on what and where is available, or offer far more instead of just breakfast.

Pros:

Schöne Lage mit tollen Meerzugängen. Das Personal war auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles war sehr sauber.
Sehr nett war auch, dass man von den Mitarbeitern mittels Golfcar vom Hotelparkplatz abgeholt und zur Rezeption bzw. weiter zum jeweiligen Zimmer gebracht wird.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig: es gibt kein richtiges Badezimmer, die Waschbecken sind mitten im Eingangsbereich und viel zu tief. Die Dusche ist direkt hinter den Waschbecken, um dort hinzugelangen muss man jedoch ins Schlafzimmer gehen und anschließend in die Dusche - wobei es nicht möglich ist, das Duschhandtuch aufzuhängen… dieses legt man daher am Bett ab.
Auch die Toilette und Klopapierhalterung ist viel zu tief. Und ich bin nur 1,65m „groß“😉
Wir hatten eine Junior Suite gebucht, welche parkseitig ausgelegt war. Die Vorhänge zu öffnen war nicht möglich, außer man fühlt sich in einer Auslage wohl - das Zimmer war ebenerdig und der Gehweg hat direkt daran vorbeigeführt.
Das Frühstückshaus ist sehr schön, jedoch gibt es leider nur eine Toilette, welche auch von den Pool- und Meergästen des Hotels genutzt wird, und diese befindet sich in einem kleinen separaten Container - nicht sehr ansprechend.

Великолепный персонал, отличный 5* отель
Pros:

Забронировали номер на четверых - нас с женой и дочку (6 лет) с тещей, при бронировании не обратили внимания особого, что вторая кровать двухэтажная - при прибытии теще оказалось тесно на нижнем ярусе кровати - огромное спасибо персоналу отеля (и, видимо, менеджеру нашего корпуса в эти даты), что нашли для нас без доплаты номер побольше и двумя раздельными номерами (с отдельными кроватями для тещи и дочки)

Так вы помогли нам исправить ошибку при бронировании, потенциально стоящую дорогостоящим отпуском!

Дополнительно отмечу прекрасные виды на море из зоны с развлеченими детскими и ресторанами, а также широкий выбор блюд за шведским столом. Еще очень понравился теплый бассейн прямо у корпуса - когда мы приехали в первые дни проживания погода была порядка +24, и море в середине июня тоже было прохладным, так что бассейн этот прямо выручал

Kinder hat Spaß. Maro Klub war top !

Cons:

All inclusive war nich alles inclusiv billige Wasser Saft , billige Essen Qualität. Viel zu laufen biss Strand , unfriedliche Personal am Bar . Keine Platz am Strand war viele fremde Leute da mit Tuch. Unordnung. Aufzug nicht funktioniert. Mit Kinder im Arm 6 min Laufen . Wir haben fur 5 nachte 2 erwachsene mit 3 Kinder 5137€ bezahlt aber haben andere Erwartungen.

AC didn’t work, front desk would not bring me a remote control to watch World Cup game,shower flooded out my room, and I waited an Hour for cart driver ( that was sleeping in the enclosed room at the welcome center) to get me to my car and room
