Pros:

The room was wonderful, our view was excellent of the sea.

Cons:

Unfortunately our room smelled like cigarettes when we arrived. Neither of us smokes so that was unpleasant, after a day and night of airing it out it was fine. They reserved us a second room the next day but we were at the beach and didn't know that happened and missed to switch rooms, so someone else booked the second room before we returned. We included the dinner option to our reservation, I wouldn't do that again. For the same price you can eat a fresh local meal.

Pros:

Der Ausblick vom Zimmer war wunderschön. Auch die Größe war ausreichend. Der Herr an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Frühstück hatte eine gute Auswahl.

Cons:

Leider war im Badezimmer an der Decke ein Schimmelfleck.

Die Lage am Strand war toll!

Cons:

Zimmer haben gemüffelt und wurden nicht sauber geputzt! Das Essen beim Abendbuffet war leider fast immer kalt. Strandluegen müssne separat bezahlt werden. Parken nur für €30/ Tag im entfernten Parkhaus möglich.

Pros:

Die Lage direkt am Meer war toll, das Abend- und Morgenbuffet ergiebig und das Personal sehr professionell (sprechen Deutsch). Es gibt keinen Parkplatz direkt am Hotel, sondern ein öffentliches Parkhaus, das genutzt werden kann und leider recht teuer war. Ansonsten aber ein schöner Aufenthalt!

La posizione, Frontemare, la buona colazione, la disponibilità del personale alla reception ed in sala.

Cons:

Il bar non è di qualità.
La camera era piccola, per fortuna con una vista Frontemare che ha ripagato.
Il bagno, piccolo, senza bidè, non segnalato preventivamente.

A pleasant and relaxing stay overall, with only a few minor details that could be improved.
Pros:

The room is comfortable and quiet despite overlooking a busy road and the surrounding hotels.

Breakfast and dinner offer a good variety, with the usual classic hotel-style selection. The beach is nicely maintained and feels more like a poolside sunbathing area. My only complaint is that sun loungers are placed absolutely everywhere, leaving very little space for those who are not fans of loungers and would rather simply put down a towel by the edge of the beach after swimming and relax.

This is actually a general issue with Opatija: at all the beaches, including the town beach, there are too many rows of sun loungers and parasols, many of which remain empty for days.

But back to the hotel — I would especially like to praise the staff member from the Philippines who took care of keeping the beach clean and managing the sun loungers every morning. He always did his job with ease, a smile, and a warm greeting for everyone! That certainly brightens up the day! :)

Cons:

A small criticism would be regarding the cleanliness. A little more attention should be paid to ensuring that no hair from previous guests is left in the shower tub. Everything else was very nice.

Wunderschöne Lage und toller Meerblick, aber beim Zimmer, der Sauberkeit und der Organisation gibt es leider deutlichen

Der wunderschöne Meerblick und die direkte Lage am Meer waren definitiv das Highlight unseres Aufenthalts. Auch der Balkon mit Blick aufs Meer hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Cons:

Leider war das Zimmer nicht besonders sauber bzw. gepflegt. Der Teppichboden hatte sehr viele Flecken, sodass man darauf eigentlich nicht barfuß laufen wollte. Auch die Badezimmertür ließ sich nicht richtig schließen und der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war extrem niedrig – mit langen bzw. dicken Haaren war es sehr schwierig, das Shampoo ordentlich auszuspülen.

Auch der Check-in war enttäuschend. Wir waren bereits gegen 13 Uhr im Hotel und uns wurde gesagt, dass das Zimmer voraussichtlich in etwa einer Stunde fertig sei und man uns Bescheid geben würde. Obwohl wir längere Zeit bei der Rezeption warteten und gegen 14:45 Uhr bereits mehrere andere Gäste einchecken konnten, war unser Zimmer kurz vor 15 Uhr noch immer nicht fertig. Schlussendlich konnten wir erst nach 15 Uhr einchecken.

Nagyon kicsi és szűk fürdőszoba, szürke folyosók és lépcsőház, a 10 óráig tartó reggeli ma már nem trendi.
