Velmi milé a ochotné a priatelske recepčné, jedna nam vopred ukazala izbu, či sa nám páči.
Velmi radi sa sem ešte niekedy vrátime. Ocenujem,že hotel je priamo na pláži a vstup do hotela voňavý a izby tiež.

Pros:

Jako ugodan boravak i sve pohvale za hotel! Doručak je bio izvrstan, soba uredna i čista te potpuno odgovara fotografijama. Imala je sve što nam je bilo potrebno za ugodan boravak.

Lokacija je odlična, a osoblje jako ljubazno i susretljivo. Osjećala sam se ugodno i rado bih se ponovno vratila.

Jedina mala mana je što hotel nema vlastiti bazen, već se bazen dijeli sa susjednim hotelom. Meni to iskreno nije smetalo jer je plaža jako blizu.

Sve u svemu, odličan izbor za boravak u Opatiji i svakako preporuka!

U bukingu vam piše parking da imate .Točno imate ali naplaćujete 30e..ako nema pored hotele idete u gradsku garažu izvozite se 3km,jer se ne možete vratiti iz jednosmjerne ulice..Znači napišete da se parking placa

Veoma prijatan boravak i posebno bih pohvalila ljubaznost i profesionalnost osoblja. Imali smo mali problem sa sobom, ali mi je bilo drago što je osoblje odmah reagovalo i vrlo efikasno rešilo situaciju. Takav odnos prema gostima zaista ostavlja pozitivan utisak. Sve pohvale za osoblje i njihovu uslužnost!

Cons:

Dugogodišnji sam gost i svake godine se rado vraćam, zbog čega mi je ovaj hotel posebno drag. Ipak, ovogodišnjim boravkom nisam bila u potpunosti zadovoljna kada je u pitanju čistoća sobe. Imam utisak da nivo čistoće ove godine nije bio na istom nivou kao tokom mojih prethodnih boravaka.

Comfy bed to rest at the end of a day, and an amazing breakfast to start a new day
Pros:

The room was very comfy, clean and AC worked really well. Location was pretty good, easy to find, on the main street, and bus stops were close by. The breakfast was amazing! Really good food, good selection, and the restaurant area was movie-like. After the first day, I was seriously looking forward to breakfast time.

Cons:

My only slight issue was with the wheelchair accessibility on the entrance, however I wouldn't fault the host for that since it wasn't advertised as a wheelchair accessible location, though only very small adjustments at the entrance would be required. Other than the entrance area, everything was fully accessible.
