Bon emplacement. Hôtel en plein centre et pourtant calme. Petit déjeuner copieux.
Chambre très propre et confortable .

No me gustó la cantidad de escaleras que hay que subir con las maletas sin ascensor y sin ninguna ayuda, no me gustó que la mini cocina no tuviera cafetera ni hervidor como para prepararse un té o un café. Pero lo que menos me gustó fue que me dijeron que si había disponibilidad podría hacer late check-out y no fue así, habiendo disponibilidad me querían cobrar más del doble de lo que pagué por una noche solo por irme más tarde. Muy fea actitud, poco seria y que deja mucho que desear; por qué no me dijeron que no desde un principio? Podría haber comprado 1 noche más a un precio mucho más conveniente.

La ubicación está excelente a solo unos pasos de todas las atracciones icónicas de Madrid

Cons:

Quizá sea cultural pero el recibimiento del personal (recepción) no fue algo que merezca la pena recomendar, ninguna iniciativa para hacer sentir al huésped bienvenido.

L'hôtel nous a permis un séjour de 4 jours très agréable à Madrid
Pros:

Localisation de l'hôtel très pratique (proche de la station de metro plaza de españa) et peu distante du centre historique, facilement accessible à pied.
Personnel de l'hôtel très aimable. Lits confortables. Environnement calme. Très propre.

Cons:

la salle de petit-déjeuner est petite et il faut en cas d'affluence attendre avant de trouver une place. En général ce n'est pas très long.
la douche n'était pas facile à régler, genre "douche écossaise", probablement en raison de la consommation d'eau chaude par les autres clients.
l'accès n'est pas très évident pour les personnes handicapées (escaliers) bien que des moyens soient prévus (ascenseur, monte escalier, rampe) dans ce cas
