A fuir !!! Je déconseille très fortement cet hôtel !!

Je n’ai absolument rien aimé dans cet hotel qui est à fuir !!

Cons:

Chambré d’hôtel payée 150€ pour une nuit, il était noté qu’un seul supplément nous serait demandé pour la nuit car nous avions notre chien mais à l’arrivée ils nous ont demandé DEUX suppléments à payer car nous avions notre chien, un supplément de 12€ pour la nuit et un deuxième supplément de 25€ de nettoyage à payer à l’avance pour « soit disant » la désinfection de la chambre après notre passage comme ci que notre chien qui est parfaitement propre et bien élevé, sous prétexte qu’ils devaient faire un nettoyage en profondeur « anti allergie » alors que notre chien est un chien d’eau portugais et c’est une des races justement anti allergènes !!! Mais avant de « désinfecter » les chambres ils feraient mieux de déjà les nettoyer car notre chambre était dégoûtante, traces marrons de rouille partout sur la baignoire, robinet du lavabo encrassé par le calcaire, long cheveux noirs sur le sol de la salle de bain, moisissures plafond de la salle de bain, parquet et plinthes complètement abîmés usés et cassés, poussière partout dans la chambre et les murs remplis de traces noires dégoûtantes.
Honteux de demander 150€ + 37€ supplémentaire pour la présence de notre chien !!! Nous sommes outrés !!!!
De plus la femme qui est de service à partir du soir (service de nuit) est extrêmement mal aimable et totalement non souriante !!!

Good location and staff. Dated infrastructure
Pros:

Location is very convenient, staff is helpful, washroom has a bidet.
Lockers available for 2 euros and large enough to store 2 large bags

Cons:

Central Ac in the room is not effective even when kept on the coldest setting, hotel rooms are tiny and dated. There is no coffee in the room. While I did not mind the metro noise, it might be an issue for some.

Location is the only asset of this hotel

Cons:

Definitely overpriced for the offered comfort. Single glazing windows make you feel like sleeping on a street- the level of noise 24/24 is incredible high. You can also feel the metro trains going beneath. The shower cabin is quite small but there is useless and not working shower column mounted literally in the middle of this tiny space which makes taking shower very uncomfortable. For more than €130 per night you should expect better.

An unbearably hot room, no air conditioning

There was no air conditioning in the room, which is completely unacceptable. When I arrived at 3:00 PM, the room felt like a sauna and was unbearably hot. The only solution the hotel offered was a small fan, which simply blew the hot air around and made no real difference.

It was impossible to relax or rest in those conditions. For a hotel to rent out rooms without proper cooling, especially in warm weather, is extremely disappointing. The lack of concern from the staff and the inadequate solution provided showed a complete disregard for guest comfort. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone.
