Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage direkt in der Nähe der Natur und trotzdem nicht weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Parkplätze befinden sich direkt am Hotel.
Unser Zimmer war sauber und geräumig. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht. Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich, mit einer großen Auswahl an herzhaften und süßen Speisen.
Beim Abendessen war die Auswahl etwas kleiner, aber alles war sehr lecker. Es gab ein großes Salatbuffet, verschiedene Hauptgerichte und auch eine Auswahl an Desserts.
Besonders schön ist der zweite Speisesaal des Restaurants.

Cons:

Der Check-in war etwas ungewöhnlich. Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war sehr wortkarg und erklärte uns kaum etwas.
Leider war es auch im Spa-Bereich recht kühl sowohl die Wassertemperatur als auch die Raumtemperatur hätten angenehmer sein können.

Úroveň gastro . 5* hotel ? Papírové jednorázové prostírání . Příbory nezabaleny. Atd. Při příjezdu se recepční ptá , zda máme pobyt před Booking.? Do 2 do rána hlasitá hudba. Nešlo spát .

Strategicky dobré místo, na dosah od Pupu a kolonády, z druhé strany Poštovní dvůr Playce. No a možnost parkování.

Pros:

Prostredi kde je hotel umisten je nadherne. S hotelem i sluzbami jsme byli spokojeni. Jedine trochu neprijemne bylo ze jsme meli pokoj primo nad mistem pro vymenu hoteloveho pradla takze byl rano okolo sedme budicek. Ale jinak opravdu 👍

Ideaal gelegen om te voet het centrum van Karlsbad te verkennen. Erg net en uitgebreid ontbijt. Wellnesszone was eveneens goed, zowel wij als volwassenen als onze kids hebben ervan genoten

Pros:

Byli jsme zde opakovaně, opět naprostá spokojenost. Velice kvalitní ubytování ve skvělé a klidné lokalitě. Výběr potravin na snídani opravdu velký.

The gardening, Quite, nice and calming.The swimming pool comfortably to swim with war spring water. Good and tasty vegan food and welcoming smiling, service.
