Pros:

Das Frühstück war vielfältig und sehr lecker. Sowohl herzhafte als auch süße Speisen waren im Angebot, auch Joghurt, Müsli, Obst und Gemüse.
Im Zimmer war eine Infrarotkabine, ein Angebot, was Wetter abhängig bestimmt auch sehr gern in Anspruch genommen wird. Und auch der Pool war für uns nach einer langen Wanderung eine Wohltat.
Durch den "Hinterausgang" des Hotels landet man quasi mitten im Zentrum von Riva.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind recht hellhörig.

Do not book the Triple Romantic Room unless you want a round bed
Pros:

It's very easy to find and has back-door access to the town, so guests don't have to go out to the main road. But remember to bring your blue fob-key to get back in.
The breakfast is very good.
The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

There's no door handle, so how do we make sure the door is closed from the outside? And this means we can't hang a Do Not Disturb sign.

There's no room phone to contact the front desk or other staff, just a phone cable coming out of the wall! We went down to reception around 8:35 pm and the place was closed! There was a sign with a phone number to call for 24 hour service, but we just needed a trash bag, which shouldn't require someone coming out to the property.

I booked a "triple romantic room" simply because it was a room with a king bed, not that I specifically wanted a themed room. However, the bed is circular! While some people might find this cozy or romantic, we wanted a standard square bed, so this was a surprise.
And because the bed is circular, it has no head boards, which means we can't sit on the bed and use our phones or work on a laptop. And it's wider than a king bed at the edges, which means the left side is against the wall, which means whoever sleeps on the left side has to climb over the bottom of the bed to get out of bed!
I wasn't told about this, nor given a choice when I checked in, and the description and room options on the website never said "triple romantic room includes a circular bed, so confirm this is what you want".
The room came with an extra single-sized bed, which we didn't request, so we're not sure why they put it in the room.
There was mold or rust along the bottom edge of the shower.

We told the hotel about the circular bed and they gave us a new room. We also told them about the extra bed and they they didn't charge us for it.
Our new room was much, much better. It's a normal, ordinary room, very similar to the hotels we stayed at in Milan. The bed is square, the colors are blue and gray, there's a room phone, and the shower has doors.

Pros:

Boa localização onde existe mesmo uma porta de facilita a passagem direta para uma rua que vai desembocar na praça perto do porto. Estacionamento pago mesmo ao lado do hotel. O quarto modesto, mas agradável que reúne o essencial com uma boa base de duche. Vista direta para a piscina, lago e serra. Excelente pequeno almoço. Imensa variedade e qualidade com reposição rápida. Funcionário simpáticos e prestáveis. Piscina e espaços envolventes agradáveis apesar de não ter usufruído.

Cons:

Apenas a arquitetura do hotel estar um pouco desenquadrada com o restante que o rodeia. Mas nada que posso prejudicar a estadia

Great hotel very close to town
Pros:

Location is superb, right in the heart of Riva. The pool and sun beds are a nice addition, especially being so close to the centre. Breakfast selection is excellent - the best we’ve had around Lake Garda! Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Bathroom was a bit small and could be more storage space.
