Excellent location, possibility for private parking, nice rooms for fair price, good breakfast, helpful staff

Cons:

Cold rooms (didn’t manage to fix the temperature). Cleanliness not as good as in the first stay, unfortunately

Nerwy i upokorzenie. Opłacilam luksus otrzymałam norę bez łazienki!

Chciałam odwołać rezerwację - poprosilam o taką opcję lecz obiekt się nie zgodził zatem rezerwacji nie odwołałam. Gdy przyjechalam na miejsce okazało się że pokój który zarezerwowałam i z góry opłacilam jest zajęty. Pzostał ostatni pokók a raczej klita. Łóżko zajmowało całą powierzchnię pokoju. Nie można było się w bim ruszyć!! Do tego do łazienki trzeba było wychodzić na korytarz... śmierdziało w niej grzybem i stach było dotknąć czegokolwiek. Byłam pod ścianą. Dotarłam wieczorem na mieksce i bylo za późno żeby szukać inneg noclegu. Polityka hotelu to żenada. Chcieli oddać pieniądze za pokój i umyć ręce a ja zostałabym na ulicy. Ehhh w zamian oddali mi 20 euro. Za pokój za który zapłaciłam 110 euro. Miałam mieć w nim lodówkę klimatyzację łazienkę... komfort. A zmuszona byłam spędzić noc w norze bez klimatyzacji i łazienki i używać śmierdzącej zagrzybiałej łazienki na korytarzu. Nawet prąd w pokoju włączyli po interwencji. Bezczelnie kłamali że to awaria w budynku podczas gdy okazało się że po prostu na piętrze były wyłączone bezpieczniki - wystarczyło przyjść razem z nami i to od razu włączyć a nie kłamać. Twierdzili że przecież to tylko jedna noc więc w czym problem. Do teraz jestem w szoku jak mnie tam potraltowano. OMIJAJCIE ten obiekt szerokim łukiem. Żadna rekompensata którą zaproponowali nie zwróci mi nerwów i upokorzenia które mi zafundowali.

Vilkas tie hotellin toisella puolella, illalla ääntä pihalla pitäneet muut vieraat, emme saaneet selvää ilmastoinnin toimintalogiikasta (välillä totteli, välillä ei), ahdas käynti kylppäriin, allasalue olisi ollut kiva olla auki aamu-uinnille ja altaan reunan pikkukivet porautuivat jalkapohjiin ja kiviä kulkeutui altaaseen, tilalle voisi laittaa kiveyksen. Wellness spa oli vaatimaton

Pros:

Chambre bien agencée pour 4 personnes, décoration moderne , le personnel parle anglais. C'était parfait pour une nuit. La proximité du centre historique est un atout.

Sotūs gausūs įvairūs pusryčiai. Galima lankytis baseine ir SPA( druskų kambarys džiakuze 2 pirtys vandens lova ir relax kambarys). Viršutiniame aukšte yra terasa. Yra išejimas į senamiestį

Nesusikalbėjome dėl parkingo viešbučio teritorijoje ( už 15 eurų) todėl parkavomės prieš viešbutį daugiaaukščiame garaže para 20 eurų

Extrasängen var liten med ett stålrör mitt för ryggen.
De har den kallaste AC jag varit med om som inte gick att stänga av. Det gjorde att vi frös på nätterna.

God lokation og dejlig morgenmad. Rolige omgivelser ved pool og med lille poolbar. Perfekt placering for adgang til byen gennem egen smutvej.
Nem adgang med både bil og parkering.

Pros:

Hotel ottimamente collocato, parcheggio interno comodo, uscida pedonale proprio in centro. Colazione deliziosa e molto varia. Pulizia ottima e staff molto garbato che ci ha dato ottimi consigli. Silenzioso di notte, si riposa molto bene.

Cons:

La dimensione della camera è limitata, è difficile collocare i bagagli. Anche il bagno è minuscolo, sconsiglierei a persone robuste o per soggiorni molto lunghi.

Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti , in quattro con due bambini ,la posizione è ottima , l'ingresso auto agile con più opzioni di parcheggio (privato dell'hotel e libero a pagamento di fronte).
L'hotel collegato da un passaggio interno direttamente con il centro di Riva.
Colazione ottima e varia , personale gentile e a disposizione , camera con idromassaggio e sauna,top.
Ci torneremo sicuramente.
