Nous avons passé un bon séjour à Residéal, lieu calme en début de saison, proche de la mer.
Pros:

Proche de la plage, du centre ville et équipée d une grande piscine.

Cons:

Dommage pas de Clim dans les appartements.

Pros:

Merci d'avoir mis à disposition un ventilateur colonne car il faisait chaud la clim aurait été la bien venue pour la nuit car les nuits il n'y avait pas de fraîcheur (séjour du27 au 3/07)

Cons:

Manque de clim et parking payant et cher c'est dommage qu'il faille aller se garer sur le parking gratuit de l'autre côté de la route à 500m

Highly recommend
Pros:

The property offers a great location - it is in 3 minutes walk from the sea and 15 minutes away from the city center. It's territory is spacious, green and comfortable. It also allows a variety of activities from table tennis and swimming till playing or just chilling on the grass.

The staff is friendly and very helpful. If you need information or have any issue those will be attended in no time.

An apartment for 3 people could be quite small for 3 adults. It is ideal for a couple or an adult with a kid.

The swimming pool was exceptionally clean all the time during it's opening hours.

On the other side of the road (just in 7-10 minute walk) you can find a bus stop (Ponent) and a pond where you can fish, crab hunt or do some stand up paddle or any kind rowing/canoeing/kayaking.

Cons:

We stayed during the low season, so the property wasn't full even at 50% of it's capacity. Still they tended to place the guests very close. It isn't anything unexpected, but you can still have some neighbors who would have very different schedules to the ones proposed by the property rules.

On ne regrette pas et globalement nous sommes content.

manque internet a été manque de contact avec proches ça diminuer notre vue sur catégories résidence.

Les coursives pas très propres
Pas de salle de télévision digne de ce nom.
Pas de climatisation
Le fait que des personnes ne respectent pas les règles de la piscine (tenue vestimentaire).
Pas d ambiance au bar

Pros:

La prise en charge du personnel, la beauté du lieu et de l'architecture intégrées dans leur environnement.

Cons:

Le matériel défectueux, le manque d'équipements, le logement sale, la publicité mensongère


de la location avant réservation et envoie de mail de confirmation sur Booking ( kit en tout genre, prix pour les animaux, parkings...etc...).
En conclusion, un endroit splendide mais qui manque de cohérence hôtelière pour être en harmonie avec l'architecture.
