Super!
Pros:

Mooie kamer, lekker bed en nette badkamer met een hele fijne douche. Gezellig buurtje met veel restaurants en winkels om de hoek.

Cons:

Er was geen koelkastje en geen waterkoker. Die heb ik gemist.

Tolle Lage mit modernem Zimmer.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Alles war sauber und in einem guten Zustand. Der Online Check in hat auch ohne Probleme funktioniert. U-Bahn für das Zentrum war leicht zu erreichen.

Cons:

Der Online Check-In ist zwar praktisch und modern aber man brauch immer Akku auf dem Handy. :)

met expectations, excellent location, compact room, ok for a few days
Pros:

Their idea of an atypical automated non-hotel accommodation made sense. You get decent quality, and a good location, for that price.

Cons:

There was no 2nd night stand on the other side of the bed -- as if this room is just for one person. Their server for controlling the door locks also stopped working one day, which shouldn't happen. Someone from their team was there to open doors.

Perfekter, kontaktloser Check-in und top Lage in München
Pros:

Positiv:
Check-in: Unkompliziert und kontaktlos. Alle Infos kamen rechtzeitig und ausführlich.

Lage & Ruhe:
Trotz Straße, Gastgarten und Lokal unter dem Fenster war es überraschend ruhig. Sehr gute Anbindung an die Öffis und viel Gastronomie drumherum.

Zimmer:
Sehr sauber, ordentliche und gemütliche Betten, Willkommensgetränke und ein gut ausgestattetes Bad (inkl. Föhn).

Parken:
Helle, freundliche Tiefgarage im Haus mit tollem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis (Zugang per Code).

Hinweise:
Das Smartphone (Akku!) wird als digitaler Schlüssel benötigt, worauf vorab aber fair hingewiesen wird.

Fazit:
Sollten wir wieder nach München kommen, buchen wir gerne wieder bei Bob W!

Cons:

Die Zimmerlüftung war etwas laut, ließ sich aber abschalten.
Es fehlen ein paar Ablagefächer für Kleidung (Kleiderhaken gibt es genug).

Sehr gut gelegen. Key less entry, digital check in und check out klappen sehr gut. Zimmer gut ausgestattet.

Cons:

Boden im Zimmer war nicht gewischt/gefegt. Gänge machen nicht den gepflegtesten Eindruck. Hoher Preis für ein Hotel ohne jegliches Personal.
