A security hold of USD $100 per night will be authorized on the credit card provided at check in and will be released at check-out if no charges are incurred during the stay. The Presidential Suite is for residential purposes only and can sleep a total of 2 guests. A minimum damage deposit of $500 USD will be required. Prior approval from the General Manager is required for any in-room external entertainment, catered events or filming in the Presidential Suite (a Food and Beverage minimum will be added to the room rate). Any damages incurred during the stay will be charged to the guest’s credit card.
A completed rental agreement form for the Presidential Suite is required prior to check in.

I came here for a two night stay to celebrate the NY Knicks parade. So many hotels to choose from but chose Dream Midtown because of the location near Central Park and Broadway.
Everything about this place is excellent! Room was perfect, just the right size. Everything seemed brand new, which I really wasn’t expecting. Bed was very comfortable and noise level was very low.
I also appreciate the staff at the Dream Midtown. The person who checked me in was named Mike. When I came back to front desk the next day, he actually remembered my name and greeted me fondly! Mike made me feel really special. For a staff member to remember my name, after so many customers checked in, it shows me to me how much he is vested in making sure my stay is excellent!

The staff is always friendly. Mike, Mina, Kevin, and Ed were amazing. The location is great if you want to go around NYC as it is centrally located and it has a subway stop close by. Great service all around. The rooms are a little dated and small but clean. Most NYC hotel rooms run small so not unexpected.
The room met my expectations: it was clean, well appointed, the bed was comfortable, and the sheets and towels were of good quality. The housekeeping staff was attentive and responsive. The bell hop, Edwin, was exceptional and offered a warm, welcome greeting upon arrival.
The front desk is understaffed — long lines for World of Hyatt check in upon arrival on Thursday late morning and at check out on Saturday morning. Lots of room for improvement at the front desk.
