Nimic .In afara de locație, nimic n-a mai rămas bun din vechiul hotel
1.Comunicarea.Totuși suntem in România , nu in. UK ,nu in USA si nici in alta fosta colonie a Imperiului Britanic .Limba română trebuie să fie prioritate.
2.Am gasit dușul stricat ( para de la duș plus suportul care atârna .O rușine pur un hotel cu pretenții din buricul Bucureștiului.La cine sa reclami problema ? La un nr de WhatsApp up ? La un call center din jungla indiana sau filipineza?
PS.Duke Hotel ,o casa abandonata din buricul târgului, față de acel Duke Hotel pe care l-am cunoscut înainte.

The ventilation system can t be completely shut down and it can become uncomfortable at times
No personal on reception at my time arrival, around 22:30. You don't have access in the hotel, neither to your room. You should call the personel by a phone numer left in the reception, if you can enter to, and they keep you on hold for very long time with no results, stress you enough to quit the reservation.
È la seconda volta che prenoto al Duke, la prima volta sono rimasto oltre un'ora davanti alla porta che non si apriva con il codice, poi l'hanno sbloccata da remoto, fortuna c'era mia moglie che parla rumeno.... Questa volta non ho potuto neppure entrare perché non ho ricevuto i codici e la mail per il check-in... Mi sono accorto di questo alle 2 di notte e dopo innumerevoli telefonate senza risposta sono andato a dormire in un'altra albergo, con servizio di reception 24h. Quando ormai ero sistemato ho ricevuto il whatsapp con la richiesta del check-in.... Servizio deplorevole.

In de douche zaten gaten in de wand, er was schimmel in de douche en de vloer pikte. De vloerbedekking in de kamer was versleten en vol vlekken. De afstandsbediening van de tv deed het niet.
Small hotel, nice room, comfortable bed, good shower, very central, customer call centre responsive if needed. Attractive interior design.
Remote online check-in system to get codes for the main entry door and room door, it's confusing and takes ages for first time guests. Best thing is to immediately message the hotel through Booking when you get your confirmation email, and ask for the link to check-in. They will respond. Otherwise you will be waiting for it.
You will need to upload a copy of your passport to check in, and at the last step you will be asked to pay a local tax of €2 (10 lei) per day to finish.
No reception staff, only cleaners in the mornings so not the most secure feeling, a bit eerie.
The room was comfortable overall and had a small fridge with two complimentary bottles of cold water. The bathroom was stocked with toiletries, which was a nice touch. I also appreciated that the staff informed me where I could find an iron. Whenever I managed to reach customer support, they were helpful and resolved my issues.
I stayed for three nights and also paid for parking. Although I received a parking space number before arrival, the parking spaces were not actually numbered, which made the information useless. I tried to contact someone for clarification, but the support line was only available in English and Spanish. Even though I speak English, I asked if Romanian support was available since I was staying in Bucharest. I was given a Spanish phone number, and when I sent a message, I received a reply in Spanish, so I assume it was the wrong contact.
The room itself could have been cleaner, especially the floor, and the shower was broken. The entry system was also frustrating because I had to use access codes every time I entered the building, and they did not work consistently. I had to contact English-speaking support again, and they helped me regain access.
The air conditioning was quite old and barely worked. If the room became cold, there was only a portable electric heater available. Another downside was that the window could not be opened, making it impossible to properly ventilate the room.
