Nu exista personal la locatie doar contact prin telefon in limba engleză.Pe langa prețul camerei mai trebuie achitata parcarea și taxa turistica , deci inca 60 lei..

location, cleaning people okay
No breakfast, no reception desk, everything is done on line without a real help. Almost every guest is frustrated, some left especially if they came for 1 or 2 nights.

Că era aproape de locația unde aveam nevoie
Mocheta din camera nu a văzut aspirator, aerul condiționat vechi scoată un zgomot și un miros oribil, mucegai roz și negru la dus.
Locatia ok,mic dejun nu am luat...nu a fost disponibil
Faptul ca nu functioneaza restaurantul.
De obicei un mic dejun si o cina sunt mereu binevenite intr-un restaurant al hotelului in care esti cazat.
Procesul de obtinere a codului de acces destul de greoi,cu erori de incarcare a paginii etc.
I was not informed about check in procedure and i arrived at the hotel without knowing I had to self check in, I also had not received the link for the check in.
The smart lockers were very slow most of the time and also not friendly to the user at all.
