Announced Registration link for pre-registration never sent, no reply to remonder. Difficult to obtain code to access lobby and room, final code received 6 hours after registration at 2.37am (?).
Breakfast buffet, although it is indicated in reservation, nowhere to be found.
Bed very hard, for those who like it.
Cockroach in bathroom.
Staff not helpful and only speaking english or spanish. Maybe romanian in Romania would help!
No controlled luggage room.

The self check in is a mockery. You don’t get the check in link before your arrival, when you arrive you have to scan a QR code which may work or not. If not you have to call the phone number found on Booking. Be aware that you have to speak English, if not nobody can help you, also if you arrive after 10 p.m. and you can not manage the self check in procedure (besides completing regular information, you have to scan your ID and pay the city tax) or if you have any problem during the nighttime, nobody will answer the phone. And one more thing, don’t expect kindness from the person who (if you are lucky) answers the phone!

Recepção virtual inexistente. Portaria virtual. Era como estivéssemos num airbnb. Limpeza do quarto pecaria.

Absolut execrabil sistemul de auto check-in, extrem de greoi, dă erori majore și nu-ți răspunde nimeni la telefon. Nu există personal uman și nici servicii asociate (internet, mic dejun).

The worst hotel we have ever been! This is our story:
1. We arrived at 1 AM at night and the hotel was locked. After making some calls they sent us a link for registration, which lasted more than 30 mins, doing it at night in cold and on the hotel stairs, and after that we got the codes to enter the premise. I don't understand why they did not send us the registration the registration link ahead of time like other hotels. We stayed at the hotel before and we expected on open front desk like before.
2. The room was disgusting: molding in the bathroom, the carpet and walls were dirty, the towels old. The bathroom has a hole in one of the walls. The bed cover is smaller than the bed and it does not cover two people comfortable. The air conditioning is old and noisy, we have to turn it off to sleep.
3. When, the next day, I thought things come back to normal, the entrance door stop functioning. No one could get in and out of the hotel! The was no one on the premises to help. We called the hotel support, but they could open the door remotely. Fortunately they could open a service door, which remained open the whole night with no security. The next day, we did not to get out, because we didn't know if we could get in again and lose our plane if could not retrieve our bags on time. There was no manager, no worker at the hotel, except a temporary cleaning crew.
Overall, our experience was miserable. Will never go to that hotel or one owned the the Olala company.

The new check in system, cleanliness (especially moquette), a bad smell inside the room, tv didn't work (I communicate about but nobody came to fix it), nobody take out the trash 2 days, no breakfast possibilities. I'd like to mention that for the check in link I had to call, they forgot to sent it to me and the operator spoke just in English and Spanish, very difficult for somebody old or for somebody who talk just Romanian...Much more bad in my opinion than 1 year ago.

Дыра в стене в ванной с проводами. Черный герметик на швах плитки пятнами поверх белого в ванной комнате. Неработающая вытяжка в ванной. Еле работающий кондиционер. Проблемы с паролями для комнаты при въезде.

Tipul de acces - greoi. Nu am primit la timp codul de acces, nu există recepție, nu am avut cui solicita facturarea, nu se oferă servicii de mic-dejun. Nu voi mai veni la acest hotel, unde ani la rând am optat să stau.

Booking on booking.com did not allow me to book the same room for 2 consecutive nights. I needed to make 2 one night reservations.

No one warned me this was a door code hotel. If your phone is out of battery after a day of travel, you can't get in.

Instructions on sign tell you to call a number but no one answers! They just respond to WhatsApp.

The check in process including learning about WhatsApp is long and convoluted. You can't just do it on the street in the dark.

I didn't see one staffer at the hotel other than cleaners - day or night.

The hotel is unsafe. I walked in as someone else walked out. The lobby is dark with no security.

The rooms are out of date and worn.

Since I had to book two rooms and then switch rooms, I asked in the booking.com message if I needed to switch rooms. I received a response that said they weren't sure but they would try to accommodate me. When I checked in, I asked the same question via What's App. They weren't sure. I asked again on WhatsApp at 900 the next morning. No response. I went down to the desk at 930 but if.course.no one was there. I left the hotel at 1000 to meet a friend and then they called me at 1130 when I was across town telling me I need to switch rooms.

В отеле нет персонала . Отель самообслуживания. Чтобы попасть в сам отель нужно простоять под дверью долгое время чтобы кто-то из гостей вышел и дверь открылась . Затем нужно самому догадаться что где то должен быть qr код который нужно отсканировать и при этом ввести какой то код которого у вас нет на сайте чтобы получить доступ к номеру . Так же в номере в душе плесень и на столике был пепел от сигарет

Aria calda non funzionante, ma a detta della struttura era stata staccata, peccato che fuori facevano 10/12 gradi.
