The location was beautiful. The stuff was nice. Great breakfast for nine euro refrigerator with drinks in the room. I mean you have to pay for it, but it was available. The stuff was young and friendly, and the place was very laid-back.

Cons:

It was an extremely hot day and they had struggled to keep and could never go below 26°C, but probably normal for such an extreme temperature day.

Pros:

Miejsce z dala od zgiełku, cisza spokój. Dobra baza wypadowa do dużych miast i jezior północnych Włoch.
Przyjazny, pomocny personel, smaczne urozmaicone śniadanie, miejsce parkingowe w chłodnym, zacienionym miejscu w cenie.

Cons:

Mało wygodne, wąskie łóżka. Klimatyzacja mogłaby być sterowana indywidualnie, podczas naszego pobytu były ogromne upały.

Comodo per Leolandia, ma assolutamente non un 4 stelle.

Soggiorno di una sola notte purtroppo al di sotto delle aspettative per un hotel classificato 4 stelle.

Fin dal check-in, il personale della reception si è dimostrato poco preparato, così come quello del bar. Le cameriere sono state gentili e simpatiche, ma essendo straniere avevano difficoltà a comprendere bene l’italiano, rendendo la comunicazione non sempre semplice.

La camera prenotata come tripla si è rivelata in realtà una doppia con l’aggiunta di una brandina, soluzione decisamente poco adeguata.
Anche le condizioni della stanza lasciavano molto a desiderare: la doccia era rotta in più punti e il soffione perdeva acqua. La tavoletta del WC era nettamente più piccola del sanitario stesso, dettaglio che trasmette poca cura e manutenzione. Inoltre, mancava l’armadio presente nelle foto della camera al momento della prenotazione.

TV malfunzionante, Wi-Fi molto scarso e aria condizionata centralizzata estremamente rumorosa hanno reso il soggiorno ancora meno confortevole

Un aspetto particolarmente grave riguarda l’area giochi per bambini, che la struttura pubblicizza come servizio dedicato alle famiglie. La zona risultava poco curata e in evidente stato di scarsa manutenzione. Ancora più preoccupante, era presente un nido di vespe nell’area, e un adulto è stato punto. Fortunatamente non è capitato a un bambino, ma si tratta di una situazione inaccettabile sotto il profilo della sicurezza.

La colazione, inclusa nel soggiorno, è stata di qualità media: buona la parte dolce, mentre la proposta salata è assolutamente da rivedere.
Nel complesso, esperienza deludente. Per essere un hotel 4 stelle, il livello dei servizi, della manutenzione e dell’attenzione alla sicurezza è decisamente insufficiente.
