Pros:

Nota positiva della struttura è che hanno un parcheggio coperto gratuito, l’esterno è molto bello ma purtroppo i giochini riservati ai bimbi sono tenuti in pessimo stato e senza un minimo di manutenzione.

Cons:

L’aspetto peggiore è la pulizia della camera. Inoltre dall’aereatore del bagno (non finestrato) fuoriusciva polvere che si andava poi a depositare sul water. Vasca con doccino molto scomodo e pieno di muffa.
Colazione molto scarsa , specie per il senza glutine! Aria condizionata che viene gestita direttamente dalla reception e quindi non adattabile alle esigenze personali. Le 4 stelle sono solo un ricordo.

Era la seconda volta che venivo, la prima tutto benissimo ma la seconda male

C erano cose rotte in bagno ed è impossibile che non se ne fossero accorti. I documenti non ce li hanno ridati al check out e con un bambino piccolo e la frenesia di dover andare a Leolandia non ci siamo ricordati ma doveva essere la responsabile che fa questo lavoro ogni giorno a ricordarcelo! Fatto sta che mi chiamano la sera dicendomelo quando eravamo a casa e loro non potevano spedirle con raccomandata ma dovevo mandare io un corriere a mio spese!!! Ho speso 45€ per recuperare i miei documenti!!!! Follia
