A charming historic hotel offering a unique experience
Pros:

Country Hotel Castelbarco offers a beautiful historical experience, with a charming atmosphere and plenty of character. Staying here feels like stepping back in time, while still enjoying a comfortable stay. The only area that could be improved is the breakfast, particularly the hygiene, as there were quite a few flies around the food. Overall, it was a lovely and memorable experience.

Abbiamo trovato la vasca idromassaggio in camera letti comodi, una variegata selezione di the in camera e alla mattina nel giardino c'era la pace inoltre ho visto che ci sono anche giochi per bambini esterni

Pros:

Hotel assolutamente da consigliare. Colazione molto varia sia dolce che salata, staff accogliente, camera pulita e dotata di comfort. Abbiamo cenato al ristorante dell'hotel: porzioni abbondanti e tutto molto buono. È un'oasi nel verde, molto apprezzata.

Cons:

La segnaletica per entrare nel parcheggio sotterraneo.

La nostra camera era ampia con un ampio bagno, anche se è un po’ datato.
Parcheggio interrato, molto comodo

Die Location ist sehr schön, die Zimmer sauber und das Essen lecker!

Cons:

Grundsätzlich wurden wir an der Repzeption sehr freundlich empfangen. Für das Abendessen hatten wir einen Tisch reserviert. Hier kann man nur sagen, das der Service nicht zu gebrauchen war. Nach dem wir 20 Min, quasi alleine, auf der Terrasse sassen und selbst aktiv nach drinnen für die Speisekarte gefragt hatte, kommt eine sehr unmotivierte junge Frau mit künstlichen Fingernägel zu unserem Tisch, bei welcher wir knapp freundlich die Bestellung aufgeben konnten. Das Verhalten war leider bei dem gesamten Service Team zu finden. Ich selbst habe 20 Jahre Erfahrung in der Gastro. Das wäre öfters ein Kündigungsgrund gewesen.

Am nächsten Morgen, FAST die selbe Qualität. Nur von einer jungen Frau, dunkle lange Haare und Brille, wurden wie äusserst sympathisch bedient und mit leckeren Kaffee versorgt. Im Anschluss wieder äusserst freundlich an der Repzeption verabschiedet.
