La struttura e i servizi sono ok, forse con più manutenzione si alzerebbe facilmente di livello
Pros:

Struttura carina immersa in una silenziosa campagna, grande parcheggio sotterraneo, colazione buona e varia, staff gentile e disponibile

Cons:

La camera non era male ma:
la TV non funzionava,
in bagno c'era solo la vasca con un vetro doccia un po' improvvisato,
per tutta la notte usciva un fastidioso ronzio dalle griglie del climatizzatore sebbene fosse spento

Imbarazzante, cercate qualcos'altro.

Purtroppo molto poco, la location avrebbe un gran potenziale a mio avviso.

Cons:

Quasi tutto, dalla prima accoglienza in reception, scortese e molto frettolosa, alla dimensione della camera ( avevamo prenotato una tripla, ci siamo ritrovati in una doppia malamente adattata, con un letto aggiuntivo in posizione tale da impedire il movimento). Ma fra tutto è il ristorante decisamente l'esperienza da evitare!!! tempi lunghissimi nel servizio, completamente abbandonati quasi due ore al tavolo tanto da dover richiamare svariate volte il personale per chiedere ci venisse portato nell'attesa almeno un cestino con del pane e le bevande comandate. Il pane alle 21 era già stato terminato (e noi avevamo prenotato il tavolo alle 20.30!), per cui nonostante avessimo preordinato un antipasto di salumi, abbiamo dovuto arrangiarci consumandoli senza. Come se non bastasse, dopo la lunga attesa, le pietanze ci sono state servite in ordine casuale, senza alcun criterio e oltretutto sapide. Il giorno seguente al momento del pagamento non ci è stato proposto alcuno sconto (pagati 35 euro cad 4 antipasti in 5 e un primo ciascuno). La receptionist ci ha consigliato di contattare la sua responsabile il giorno seguente per esprimere le nostre riserve sull'accaduto. E così abbiamo fatto. Questa si è detta dispiaciuta di quanto successo chiedendoci espressamente di scriverle una mail dettagliata sulla nostra spiacevole esperienza aggiungendo che per rimediare ai disagi provocati ci avrebbe omaggiato di un buono per un secondo soggiorno in hotel. Abbiamo inviato la mail piu' volte ma nessuna risposta ci è ancora pervenuta a distanza di quasi due mesi dalla nostra permanenza. Non avremmo certo voluto provare nuovamente un'esperienza simile, rischiando di rovinarci un'altra vacanza, ma abbiamo deciso di scrivere questa recensione poichè a questo punto ci sentiamo doppiamente presi in giro anche dal comportamento della stessa direzione della struttura, che si esprime con promesse da cioccolataio che chiaramente non ha alcuna intenzione di mantenere.
