Can’t wait to come back!
Pros:

We had an incredible stay at the masseria! The staff were so friendly and helpful, making everyone feel special. The restaurant was exceptional, and we especially loved the attentive and knowledgeable service from Pierpaolo. The pool area was great, made even better by Claudia’s spritzes! The local area was stunning, and the horse riding experience that was offered close to the property was an amazing way to experience it. What a beautiful spot, we hope to return in the future!

Cons:

Everything was amazing, a very minimal thing that did not affect us majorly (and not something that can be helped by the property) is that the walls in the rooms were quite thin.

Fantastic stay
Pros:

We loved our stay at Masseria Bandino. The room was clean, comfortable and had good air con. The location was perfect for us, we had a car rental so we were able to easily drive into Otranto which was around 5 minutes away and also drive to other nearby beaches. It was lovely to be able to go into the busy town and come back to the hotel which was very peaceful and quiet, we also loved seeing the animals on the farm. We enjoyed sitting by the pool, which was clean and quiet. The breakfast had a nice variety and was always fresh. We had dinner at the restaurant one evening and the food was exceptional, also the lunch menu which we ordered and ate by the pool was very nice. The staff were all so helpful and friendly. We felt very comfortable here and will definitely be coming back.

Excellent stay, would certainly return.
Pros:

Reception staff very helpful. Snack bar staff lovely. We had a two lovely meals in the restaurant, beautifully presented. Spa treatment was very good.

Cons:

Not having to pay to use the Spa area.
It would have been nice to have transport back from the town in the evening and not finishing at 6.00 pm

Relaxing, and beautiful stay at a beautiful Masseria with fabulous staff
Pros:

Beautiful setting, well maintained, quiet and clean Masseria. The staff were all accommodating and welcoming. Particularly the reception and pool-bar staff but also Paolo the sommelier who we did a wine-tasting with was knowledgable and friendly. The ristorante was delicious. The free shuttle buggy to Otranto was great, and the spa and pool areas were amazing.

Cons:

Hot breakfast options were limited. We would have appreciated some other dining recommendations away from the Masseria. We visited the nextdoor restaurant Sirocco which was fabulous but unfortunately this was discouraged by Bandino Masseria, which is a shame.

Pros:

Struttura splendida, estremamente curata e immersa in una tranquillità assoluta. Il personale è il vero valore aggiunto: attentissimo a ogni dettaglio, sempre disponibile e molto simpatico. Nota di merito anche per la cucina, davvero di ottimo livello. La posizione è strategica: la pace della campagna salentina a pochissimi minuti di auto dal centro di Otranto. È il classico posto in cui non vedi l'ora di tornare. Consigliatissimo!

A nice stay for 3 nights close to town but in a rural setting. Fabulous pool.
Pros:

The rural setting just out of town. The pool is fantastic and the breakfast was good. Staff were very attentative to my dietary requirements and the food was good
