The restaurant and the comfort of the bedrooms and the fact that it had a children's menu.

Spent two nights at Le Mans Country Club , the room had two fans which we needed as it was quite hot but the Sequoia restaurant had air conditioning and was lovely and cool. We ate both nights in the restaurant and cannot speak high enough of the quality and presentation of the food, the menu takes a little bit of explaining as it is a mixture of à la carte and specialist gourmet menu, we choose starters, mains and desserts which were simply incredible, we ate rabbit, lobster and a sample of 5 different starters, followed by chicken, lamb, John Dory and Wegau beef, all of which we found to be cooked to perfection, the desserts were a work of art and tasted amazing, all of this great food was delivered by a team of ladies and one younger male who delivered high level silver service , nothing was to much trouble for them, 5 stars goes to this team and the chefs who you could watch working in the kitchen from your table. Breakfast was equally as nice with the choice of either eggs cooked how you wanted them with bacon, or an array of cold options and the most tasty freshly squeezed orange juice, you will not go hungry here, yes it is more expensive however every meal we ate scored a ten out of ten, we could not fault it.

Beautiful , the French still retain the art of hospitality and cooking . Our meal was outstanding accompanied by wines from burgundy. It doesn’t get much better than this , a beautiful property with staff whom knew exactly what they were doing.

Lovely, peaceful setting and helpful staff. Good sized room, but they need to install air conditioning. Good restaurant.

Exceptional dining. Dinner was first class, Michelin standard in our view. Each course was beautifully crafted using top quality fresh ingrediaents.
