Very nice stay
Pros:

Pokój bardzo czysty, wystarczający na kilka nocy, w pełni wyposażony, działająca klimatyzacja. Trudno wymagać czegoś lepszego.

Cons:

Trochę daleko od centrum, ale dobre połączenie metrem z resztą miasta. Ciśnienie wody pod prysznicem do poprawy.

Our stay was lovely. Tube into city centre was a 5 minute walk. Room was spotless.
Pros:

We was on the main road and the brewery was delivery beer at 5.30 am. Lasted about 30 minutes. Back room were very quiet. Air conditioning was excellent. Floor fan was modern and powerful.

Great value for the price and ideally located in my opinion if you’re going to Wembley, few stops away on jubilee line.

Abbiamo fatto il check in la sera tardi e quando siamo arrivate nella nostra stanza non andava l’aria condizionata e fuori c’erano più di 30 gradi. Abbiamo chiamato il numero di emergenza ed è arrivato un ragazzo che ci ha detto che non avevano altre camere disponibili per cambiarle e che in stanza c’era un ventilatore. Il ventilatore era molto sporco e impolverato e ci ha chiesto un fazzoletto per pulirlo. Abbiamo passato la prima notte con un caldo infernale e la mattina dopo siamo andate alla reception. Non si sono neanche scusati per l’inconveniente e ci hanno detto di ricontattarli entro due ore per sapere se riuscivano a risolvere il problema o se dovevamo cambiare stanza. Dopo qualche ora ci hanno detto che dovevamo cambiare stanza e ci hanno detto che se non arrivavamo entro 2 ore non ce l’avrebbero cambiata. Quindi abbiamo buttato via una mattinata per stare nelle vicinanze dell’hotel per risolvere il loro problema. Tra l’altro ci hanno detto che la sera prima c’erano camere disponibili ma il servizio di emergenza non ha modo di verificare e non ha autorizzazione a fare cambi del genere (quindi a cosa serve ?). La nuova stanza era più piccola e nessuna delle due era particolarmente pulita. Per esempio c’erano un sacco di capelli negli asciugamani puliti.

Lovely location. Clean any tidy. Had air conditioner as it was very hot in London when we were there.

Je ne recommande pas en période de canicule
Pros:

Très bonne localisation, quartier super agréable, à moins de 10 minutes à pieds d'une station de métro. Très pratique notamment pour se rendre au Wembley stadium, se balader à Hampstead Heath, mais aussi pour se rendre en centre ville.

Cons:

La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas dans notre chambre, et les fenêtres ne peuvent pas s'ouvrir en grand. Il y avait bien un ventilateur pour "compenser", mais quand il fait déjà trente degrés dans la chambre ça ne fait que brasser de l'air chaud et ça n'aide pas vraiment.
